Pudelko Prawo z rejestracji wzoru zdobniczego trwa od dnia 05.09.2000r. Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest pudelko, zwlaszcza do produktów spozywczych. Istote wzoru zdobniczego stanowi nowa postac pudelka przejawiajaca sie w ukladzie linii i rysunku. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego zostal pokazany na rysunku fig.1 do fig.10. (jest 10 wzorów). Pudelko wedlug wzoru zdobniczego ma ksztalt plaskiego prostopadloscianu o podstawie kwadratu i ostrych krawedziach. Kazda sciana boczna pudelka od strony zewnetrznej pokryta jesttrzema ozdobnymi wzorami geometrycznymi w ksztalcie prostokatów. Pokrywa pudelka i jego dno od strony zewnetrznej pokryte sa ozdobnymi wzorami geometrycznymi w ksztalcie kwadratów, których ilosc na kazdej plaszczyznie wynosi 16 jak pokazano na rysunku fig.1. Drugie pudelko posiada na dnie od strony zewnetrznej wzór geometryczny w ksztalcie kwadratów, których ilosc wynosi 25, natomiast pokrywa pokryta jest wzorami geometrycznymi w ksztalcie kwadratów, których ilosc wynosi 16. Sciany boczne pudelka posiadaja wzory geometryczne w ksztalcie prostokatów, których ilosc wynosi po piec dla scian wzdluz otwieranej pokrywy oraz po dwa dla scian usytuowanych w poprzek otwieranej pokrywy, jak pokazano na rysunku fig.2. The subject of the ornamental design is a box, particularly for food products. The essence of the ornamental design is a new form of the box, manifested in the arrangement of lines and drawings. The subject of the ornamental design is shown in Figures 1 to 10 (there are 10 designs). According to the ornamental design, the box has the shape of a flat cuboid with a square base and sharp edges. Each side wall of the box is covered on the outside with three decorative geometric patterns in the shape of rectangles. The box lid and its bottom on the outside are covered with decorative geometric patterns in the shape of squares, the number of which on each surface is 16, as shown in Figure 1. The second box has a geometric pattern in the shape of 25 squares on the outside of the bottom, while the lid is covered with geometric patterns in the shape of 16 squares. The side walls of the box have geometric patterns in the shape of rectangles, five for the walls along the opening lid and two for the walls located across the opening lid, as shown in Figure 2. The third box has a decorative geometric pattern in the form of four isosceles triangles on the outside of the lid and bottom, while the side walls have a geometric pattern in the form of two rectangles on each wall, as shown in Figure 3. The fourth box has a geometric pattern in the form of four circles inscribed in a square on the outside of the lid and bottom. The two side walls of the box along the opening lid have a geometric pattern in the shape of four squares, while the side walls across the opening lid have a geometric pattern in the shape of two rectangles, as shown in Figure 4. The fifth box has three identical rectangles on the outside of the bottom, and the outside wall of the lid has four identical rectangles. The two side walls of the box along the opening lid have a geometric pattern in the shape of four squares, while the side walls across the opening lid have a geometric pattern in the shape of two rectangles, as shown in Figure 5. The sixth box has two identical decorative elements on the outside of the lid and bottom, with a geometric pattern in the form of two rectangles on each wall, as shown in Figure 6. The seventh box has two identical elements on the outer bottom, roughly elliptical in shape, while the outer lid wall has four identical elements on the outer lid wall. The box's side walls have a geometric pattern in the form of two rectangles on each side, as shown in Figure 7. The eighth box has two identical rectangles on two-fifths of the outer bottom surface and 15 squares on the remaining surface, while the outer lid wall has two squares on the remaining surface, roughly 10 rectangles. Three side walls of the box have a geometric pattern in the form of five rectangles on each side, while the fourth wall has a geometric pattern in the form of four rectangles, as shown in Figure 8. The ninth box has two identical circles on 3/5 of the outer surface of the bottom and 10 squares on the remaining part, while the outer wall of the lid has 8 squares on 1/2 of the surface and two circles on the remaining part. The side walls of the box have a geometric pattern in the form of two rectangles on each side, as shown in Figure 9. The tenth box has a decorative geometric pattern in the form of four squares on the outer surface of the lid and bottom, while the side walls of the box have a geometric pattern in the form of four squares on each side.
