Butelka Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka. Nowosc i indywidualny charakter wzoru przejawia sie w cechach ksztaltu butelki. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonej ilustracji, na której fig.l przedstawia butelke w widoku perspektywicznym z przodu, z boku i z góry, fig.2- butelke w widoku z tylu, fig.3- butelke w widoku z boku, fig.4- butelke w widoku z góry, a fig.5- butelke w widoku z dolu. Butelka wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, obejmujaca ozdobny korpus z szyjka, posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: korpus butelki ma budowe segmentowa z wyróznieniem nastepujacych segmentów: segment dolny, segment przewezenia usytuowany powyzej polowy wysokosci korpusu oraz segment górny usytuowany powyzej przewezenia. Segment dolny rozciaga sie od sciany dolnej korpusu, która ma zarys czworoboku z dwoma lukowatymi dluzszymi bokami, do segmentu przewezenia. W segmencie dolnym znajduja sie dwie lagodne lukowate krawedzie polozone nascianie przedniej i tylnej korpusu. Segment przewezenia ma w przekroju ksztalt osmiokata i jest utworzony przez sciany przednia, tylna oraz przez trzy obszary kazdej sciany bocznej, z których srodkowy obszar jest gladki, a dwa obszary boczne zawieraja kilka zarysów kolistych. Sciany boczne korpusu przebiegaja lekko skosnie od sciany dolnej do segmentu przewezenia i sa symetryczne na odcinku ponizej segmentu przewezenia, zas na odcinku powyzej segmentu przewezenia sciany boczne sa mocno wypukle i asymetryczne. W segmencie górnym, ponizej sciany górnej korpusu, widoczny jest asymetryczny pas ozdobny oddzielony od sciany górnej krawedzia majaca, w widoku z góry, zarys ucietego owalu, przy czym owalna czesc krawedzi zachodzi na sciane boczna korpusu tworzac, w widoku z boku, zarys w przyblizeniu litery „U". Tuz przy szyjce korpusu znajduja sie dwa symetryczne wystepy majace, w widoku z przodu, zarys trójkata. Wystepy te polozone sa od strony przedniej i tylnej korpusu, jak przedstawiono na zalaczonej ilustracji, od fig.l do fig.5.FIG.1FIG.2 FIG.3FIG.4 FIG.5 PLThe subject of the industrial design is a bottle. The novelty and individual character of the design are manifested in the bottle's shape. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustration, in which Fig. 1 shows the bottle in perspective views from the front, side, and top; Fig. 2 shows the bottle in a back view; Fig. 3 shows the bottle in a side view; Fig. 4 shows the bottle in a top view; and Fig. 5 shows the bottle in a bottom view. The bottle according to the industrial design, comprising a decorative body with a neck, has the following essential features: the body of the bottle has a segmented structure with the following segments distinguished: a lower segment, a narrowing segment located above the body's mid-height; and an upper segment located above the narrowing. The lower segment extends from the body's bottom wall, which has a quadrangular outline with two arched longer sides, to the narrowing segment. The lower segment has two gently arched edges located on the anterior and posterior walls of the body. The constriction segment has an octagonal cross-section and is formed by the anterior and posterior walls, and three regions of each lateral wall, of which the central region is smooth and the two lateral regions contain several circular contours. The lateral walls of the body run slightly obliquely from the lower wall to the constriction segment and are symmetrical in the section below the constriction segment, while in the section above the constriction segment, the lateral walls are strongly convex and asymmetrical. In the upper segment, below the upper wall of the body, there is an asymmetrical decorative stripe separated from the upper wall by an edge having, in a top view, the outline of a cut oval, wherein the oval part of the edge overlaps the side wall of the body, forming, in a side view, the outline of the letter "U". Right next to the neck of the body, there are two symmetrical protrusions having, in a front view, the outline of a triangle.
