Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest szczotka czyszczaca do WC. Nowosc i indywidualny charakter wzoru przejawia sie w ksztalcie szczotki czyszczacej do WC. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.l przedstawia szczotke czyszczaca do WC w widoku perspektywicznym, fig.2- szczotke w widoku z boku, fig.3- szczotke w widoku z tylu, fig.4- szczotke w widoku z góry, a fig.5- szczotke w widoku z dolu. Szczotka czyszczaca do WC wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, obejmujaca czesc dolna, czesc srodkowa i uchwyt z raczka, posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: czesc dolna obejmuje wlosie ulozone w peczkach w ksztalcie stozków scietych usytuowanych na powierzchni walcowej, przy czym w widoku z boku i z tylu wlosie tworzy zarys prostokata z jednym, krótszym lukowatym bokiem. Czesc srodkowa szczotki ma ksztalt bryly zlozonej ze stozka scietego z wypukla sciana boczna oraz walca. Uchwyt ma czesc dolna w ksztalcie walcao nieco wiekszej srednicy niz czesc walcowa srodkowej czesci szczotki. Przy dolnej krawedzi uchwytu widoczny jest ozdobny pas utworzony z wypuklosci o zarysach prostokatnych, a w polu walcowej sciany bocznej uchwytu, od strony przedniej, znajduja sie dwa owalne otwory z wystajacymi elementami. Ponadto z pola wypuklej sciany górnej czesci walcowej uchwytu wypietrza sie ku górze podluzna, ozdobnie nacinana raczka, przy której znajduje sie przycisk majacy, w widoku z boku, zarys trójkata, jak przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku, fig.l do 5.FIG.1FIG.2FIG.3 FIG.4 FIG.5 PL PL PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a toilet cleaning brush. The novelty and individual character of the design are manifested in the shape of the toilet cleaning brush. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the toilet cleaning brush in a perspective view, Fig. 2 - the brush in a side view, Fig. 3 - the brush in a rear view, Fig. 4 - the brush in a top view, and Fig. 5 - the brush in a bottom view. The toilet cleaning brush according to the industrial design, comprising a lower part, a middle part, and a handle with a handle, has the following essential features: the lower part includes bristles arranged in tufts in the shape of truncated cones situated on a cylindrical surface, whereas in side and rear views, the bristles form a rectangular outline with one shorter, arcuate side. The brush's central section is shaped like a truncated cone with a convex side wall and a cylinder. The handle has a cylindrical lower section with a slightly larger diameter than the cylindrical section of the brush's central section. A decorative strip of rectangular protrusions is visible at the lower edge of the handle, and the cylindrical side wall of the handle, on the front side, features two oval holes with protruding elements. Furthermore, an elongated, decoratively incised handle extends upward from the convex wall of the upper cylindrical section of the handle, and a button is located next to it, which, when viewed from the side, has a triangular outline, as shown in the attached drawings, Figs. 1 to 5.
