Nowosc i oryginalnosc wzoru przejawia sie w ksztal- cie szczotki do zebów . Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.l przedstawia szczotke do zebów w widoku perspektywicznym z przodu, fig.2- szczotke do zebów w widoku z boku, fig.3- szczotke do zebów w widoku z przodu, fig.4- szczotke do zebów w widoku z drugiego boku, fig.5- szczotke do zebów w widoku z tylu, fig.6- szczotke do zebów w widoku z dolu, a fig.7- szczotke do zebów w widokuz góry. Szczotka do zebów wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, obej- mujaca dwusegmentowy uchwyt oraz trzonek z glowica z wlosiem, posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: segment dolny uchwytu ma ksztalt stozka z wypukla sciana boczna i wypukla sciana gór- na, zas segment górny ma ksztalt stozka scietego z wypukla sciana boczna i majacego na scianie górnej wybranie, którego krawedz ma zarys lukowaty w widoku z przodu, z tylu i z boku. Segment dolny uchwytu jest oddzielony od segmentu górnego po- zioma obwodowa linia podzialowa. Na scianie bocznej segmentu górnego znajduje sie nakladka, której sciana przednia jest w górnej czesci wypukla, posrodku jest wklesla, a w czesci dolnej jest plaska, przy czym na jej wypuklej czesci znajduja sie cztery wypuklosci o zarysach lukowatych, usytuowane jedna nad druga. Sciana tylna nakladki jest w górnej czesci wypuk- la, w czesci srodkowej falista i w czesci dolnej plaska, przy czym na wklesnieciu tej sciany znajduje sie siedem wypuklosci 0 zarysach lukowatych, usytuowanych jedna nad druga. Sciana przednia nakladki ma, w widoku z przodu, zarys figury powsta- lej z polaczenia kolejno owalu i osmioboku, którego szesc bo- ków jest lukowatych, a sciana tylna nakladki ma, w widoku z tylu, zarys figury powstalej z polaczenia kolejno: owalu, szescioboku, którego cztery boki sa lukowate oraz trapezu równoramiennego, którego podstawy sa lukowate. Krawedz dolna nakladki tworzy w widoku z boku zarys litery "U" z lukowatymi ramionami. Trzonek z glowica z wlosiem jest nieco dluzszy od segmentu górnego uchwytu, a linia podzialowa pomiedzy trzon- kiem, a glowica z wlosiem ma zarys falisty w widoku z boku 1 zarys lukowaty w widoku z przodu i z tylu. Sciana górnaglowicy tworzy z jej sciana tylna zarys kata prostego z luko- watym narozem. W czesci górnej glowicy znajduje sie wkladka majaca, w widoku z przodu, zarys kolisty, przy czym w polu tej wkladki usytuowane sa peczki wlosia pogrupowane w zarysy koliste oraz owalne i peczki ustawione sa czesciowo prosto- padle i czesciowo skosnie do powierzchni wkladki. The novelty and originality of the design is manifested in the shape of the toothbrush. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which fig. 1 shows the toothbrush in a front perspective view, fig. 2 - the toothbrush in a side view, fig. 3 - the toothbrush in a front view, fig. 4 - the toothbrush in a side view, fig. 5 - the toothbrush in a back view, fig. 6 - the toothbrush in a bottom view, and fig. 7 - the toothbrush in a top view. An industrial-design toothbrush, comprising a two-segment handle and a handle with a bristle head, has the following essential features: the lower segment of the handle is cone-shaped with a convex side wall and a convex top wall, while the upper segment is a truncated cone with a convex side wall and a recess on its upper wall, the edge of which has an arcuate outline when viewed from the front, rear, and side. The lower segment of the handle is separated from the upper segment by a horizontal circumferential dividing line. On the side wall of the upper segment is a cover plate, the front plate of which is convex in the upper part, concave in the middle, and flat in the lower part, with four arcuate protrusions arranged one above the other on its convex part. The rear wall of the overlay is convex in its upper part, wavy in its middle part, and flat in its lower part. The concavity of this wall features seven arched protrusions, one above the other. The front wall of the overlay, viewed from the front, has the outline of a figure formed by combining, in turn, an oval and an octagon, six of whose sides are arched. The rear wall of the overlay, viewed from the back, has the outline of a figure formed by combining, in turn, an oval, a hexagon, four of whose sides are arched, and an isosceles trapezoid, the bases of which are arched. The lower edge of the overlay, viewed from the side, forms the outline of the letter "U" with arched legs. The handle with the bristle head is slightly longer than the upper handle segment, and the dividing line between the handle and the bristle head has a wavy outline in a side view and an arcuate outline in front and rear views. The upper wall of the head, with its rear wall, forms a right angle with an arcuate corner. The upper part of the head contains an insert that, in front view, has a circular outline, with tufts of bristles grouped into circular and oval outlines within the insert, and the tufts are arranged partially perpendicular and partially oblique to the insert surface. The tufts of bristles located in the lower part of the head are grouped in three rows, in circular and oval shapes, and are also positioned partly perpendicularly and partly obliquely to the surface of the front wall of the head, as shown in the attached drawing, fig. 1 to 7.
