Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.1 przedstawia szczotke do zebów w widoku perspektywicznym z przodu i z boku i z góry, fig.2- szczotke do zebów w widoku z boku, fig.3- szczotke do zebów w widoku z tylu, fig.4- szczotke do zebów w widoku z góry, a fig.5- szczotke do zebów w widoku z dolu. Szczotka do zebów wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, obejmujaca lukowaty trzonek z pofaldowaniami i nakladkamina powierzchni przedniej i tylnej, przegub pomiedzy trzonkiem i dwusegmentowa glowica z wlosiem, posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: segmenty górny i dolny glowicy oddzielone sa gietkim lacznikiem, który w widoku z boku i z tylu ma zarys trapezu równoramiennego, przy czym na powierzchni tylnej dolnego segmentu glowicy usytuowane sa dwa faliste zarysy, przebiegajace od dolnej krawedzi gietkiego lacznika ku lukowatym, dolnym krawedziom segmentu dolnego. Wlosie na segmencie górnym glowicy ma jednakowa wysokosc i jest ulozone w osmiu kolistych peczkach, zas wlosie na dolnym segmencie glowicy ma zróznicowana wysokosc i jest ulozone w szesc zarysów tworzacych w przyblizeniu zarysy litery „V", wewnatrz których umieszczony jest wyzszy peczek wlosia, jak przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku, fig.l do 5. The novelty and individual character of the design are manifested in the shape of the toothbrush. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which fig. 1 shows the toothbrush in a perspective view from the front, side and top, fig. 2 - the toothbrush in a side view, fig. 3 - the toothbrush in a back view, fig. 4 - the toothbrush in a top view, and fig. 5 - the toothbrush in a bottom view. An industrial design toothbrush comprising an arcuate handle with undulations and pads on the front and rear surfaces, a joint between the handle and a two-segment bristle head, and the following essential features: the upper and lower segments of the head are separated by a flexible connector which, when viewed from the side and rear, has the shape of an isosceles trapezoid, and the rear surface of the lower segment of the head has two wavy contours extending from the lower edge of the flexible connector to the arcuate lower edges of the lower segment. The bristles on the upper segment of the head are of equal height and arranged in eight circular tufts, while the bristles on the lower segment of the head are of varying height and arranged in six outlines forming approximately the outline of the letter "V", inside which is placed a higher tuft of bristles, as shown in the attached drawing, fig. 1 to 5.
