Elektryczna szczotka do zebów wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: uchwyt szczotki obejmuje dwa segmenty, z których segment górny ma ksztalt bryly, która w widoku z góry, z boku i z dolu ma zarys figury zlozonej z prostokata i nizszego trapezu równoramiennego, zas segment dolny jest stylizowany na ksztalt astronauty w kombinezonie, którego powierzchnia jest gladka, jak przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku, fig.l, fig.3, fig.4, fig.5, fig.6, fig.7, fig.8. Nastepna elektryczna szczotka do zebów wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: uchwyt szczotki obejmuje dwa segmenty, z których segment górny ma ksztalt bryly, która w widoku z góry i z dolu, ma zarys figury zlozonej z trzech trapezów równoramiennych, z których kolejno od góry: pierwszy ma zaokraglone naroza przy wiekszej lukowatej podstawie, drugi ma zblizona wysokosc do poprzedniego, a trzeci ma lukowate ramiona i nieco mniejsza wysokosc od poprzednich. Glówka z wlosiem obejmuje dwie plytki, na których wlosie ulozone jest w kolistych peczkach odpowiednio: na plytce majacej, w widoku z góry, zarys kolisty, w dwóch okregach wokól centralnego peczka i na plytce majacej, w widoku z góry, zarys trójkatny na trzech lukowatych liniach. The novelty and individual character of the design is manifested in its shape. An electric toothbrush based on an industrial design has the following essential features: the brush holder comprises two segments, the upper segment of which is in the shape of a solid which, when viewed from above, side and below, has the outline of a figure composed of a rectangle and a lower isosceles trapezoid, while the lower segment is stylized as an astronaut in a spacesuit, the surface of which is smooth, as shown in the attached drawings, Fig. 1, Fig. 3, Fig. 4, Fig. 5, Fig. 6, Fig. 7, Fig. 8. This next electric toothbrush, based on an industrial design, has the following significant features: the brush handle comprises two segments, the upper segment of which is shaped like a solid, and when viewed from above and below, it has the outline of a figure composed of three isosceles trapezoids, from the top down: the first has rounded corners with a larger, arched base; the second is similar in height to the first; and the third has arched arms and a slightly shorter height than the first. The bristle head comprises two plates, on which the bristles are arranged in circular tufts, respectively: on the plate with a circular outline, in the top view, in two circles around the central tuft; and on the plate with a triangular outline on three arcuate lines, in the top view. The lower segment of the brush handle is stylized to resemble an astronaut in a suit, the surface of which is corrugated, as shown in the attached drawing, fig. 2, fig. 9, fig. 10, fig. 11, fig. 12, fig. 13, fig. 14.
