Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest szczotka do zebów. Nowosc i indywidualny charakter wzoru przejawia sie w ksztalcie szczotki do zebów. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.1 przedstawia szczotke do zebów w widoku perspektywicznym, fig.2- nastepna szczotke do zebów w widoku perspektywicznym, fig.3- szczotke z fig.l w widoku z przodu, fig.4- szczotke z fig.l widoku z tylu, fig.5- szczotke z fig.l w widoku z góry, fig.6- szczotke z fig.l w widoku z dolu, fig.7- szczotke z fig.l w widoku odstrony konca uchwytu, fig.8- szczotke z fig.l w widoku od strony drugiego konca uchwytu, fig.9- szczotke z fig.2 w widoku z przodu, fig.10- szczotke z fig.2 widoku z tylu, fig.11- szczotke z fig.2 w widoku z góry, fig.12- szczotke z fig.2 w widoku z dolu, fig.13- szczotke z fig.2 w widoku od strony konca uchwytu, a fig.14- szczotke z fig.2 w widoku od strony drugiego konca uchwytu. Szczotka do zebów wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: w czesci przedniej uchwytu znajduja sie trzy pierscieniowe wypuklosci, zas w czesci tylnej uchwytu, która ma, w widoku z góry i z dolu, zarys dwóch polaczonych figur owalnych, usytuowane sa dwie nakladki. Nakladka na powierzchni górnej uchwytu obejmuje dwa owalne obszary, przy czym w mniejszym obszarze usytuowane sa trzy wystepy, kazdy o zarysie pólksiezyca, zas nakladka na powierzchni dolnej uchwytu ma zarys polaczonych obszarów owalnych. Wlosie szczotki ulozone w trzydziestu osmiu peczkach kolistych tworzy w widoku z przodu i z tylu zarys zebaty,jak przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku, fig.l oraz od fig.3 do fig.8. Nastepna szczotka do zebów wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: w czesci przedniej uchwytu znajduja sie trzy pierscieniowe wypuklosci, zas w czesci tylnej uchwytu, która ma, w widoku z góry i z dolu, zarys dwóch polaczonych figur owalnych, usytuowane sa dwie nakladki. The novelty and individual character of the design is manifested in the shape of the toothbrush. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which fig. 1 shows a toothbrush in a perspective view, fig. 2 - another toothbrush in a perspective view, fig. 3 - the brush from fig. 1 in a front view, fig. 4 - the brush from fig. 1 in a back view, fig. 5 - the brush from fig. 1 in a top view, fig. 6 - the brush from fig. 1 in a bottom view, fig. 7 - the brush from fig. 1 in a view from the end of the handle, fig. 8 - the brush from fig. 1 in a view from the other end of the handle, fig. 9 - the brush from fig. 2 in a front view, fig. 10 - the brush from fig. 2 in a back view, fig. 11 - the brush from fig. 2 in a top view, fig. 12 - the brush from fig. 2 in a bottom view, fig. 13 - the brush from fig. 2 in a view from the end of the handle, and fig. 14 - The brush from Fig. 2, viewed from the other end of the handle. This industrial-design toothbrush has the following essential features: the front of the handle has three annular protrusions, while the rear of the handle, which, when viewed from above and below, has the outline of two interconnected oval figures, has two overlays. The overlay on the upper surface of the handle encompasses two oval regions, with the smaller region containing three protrusions, each in the shape of a crescent moon, while the overlay on the lower surface of the handle has the outline of interconnected oval regions. The brush bristles, arranged in thirty-eight circular tufts, form a toothed outline when viewed from the front and back, as shown in the attached drawings, Fig. 1 and Fig. 3 to Fig. 8. The next toothbrush according to the industrial design has the following essential features: the front part of the handle has three annular protrusions, and the rear part of the handle, which has, when viewed from above and below, the outline of two connected oval figures, has two overlays. The overlay on the upper surface of the handle includes two oval regions, with three projections each in the outline of a crescent moon being located in the smaller region, while the overlay on the lower surface of the handle has the outline of connected oval regions, as shown in the attached drawings Fig. 2 and Fig. 9 to Fig. 14.
