Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest szczoteczka. Nowosc i indywidualny charakter wzoru przejawia sie w cechach ksztaltu szczoteczki. Szczoteczka przeznaczona jest do czyszczenia depilatora. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonej ilustracji, na której fig.l przedstawia szczoteczke w widoku perspektywicznym, fig.2- szczoteczke w widoku z dolu, fig.3- szczoteczke w widoku z przodu, fig.4- szczoteczke w widoku z boku, a fig.5- szczoteczke w widoku z tylu. Szczoteczka wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, obejmujaca uchwyt i wlosie, posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: uchwyt ma postac plytki, która, w widoku z góry i z dolu, ma zarys w przyblizeniu trójkata, w którym dwa boki sa faliste, a podstawa lukowata, a w widoku z przodu i z tylu, ma zarys w przyblizeniu owalny. Na powierzchni przedniej uchwytu usytuowane sa cztery peczki wlosia, jak przedstawiono na zalaczonej ilustracji, od fig.l do fig.5. PL PL PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a toothbrush. The novelty and individual character of the design are reflected in the brush's shape. The brush is intended for cleaning epilators. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustration, in which Fig. 1 shows the brush in perspective, Fig. 2 shows the brush from below, Fig. 3 shows the brush from the front, Fig. 4 shows the brush from the side, and Fig. 5 shows the brush from the back. The brush according to the industrial design, comprising a handle and bristles, has the following essential features: the handle is in the form of a plate, which, when viewed from above and below, has a roughly triangular outline, with two wavy sides and an arcuate base, and, when viewed from the front and back, has a roughly oval outline.
