Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.1 przedstawia uchwyt do natrysku w widoku perspektywicznym z boku, z dolu i z tylu, fig.2- uchwyt w widoku perspektywicznym z drugiego boku, z dolu i z przodu, fig.3- uchwyt w widoku perspektywicznym z tylu i z boku, fig.4- uchwyt w widoku perspektywicznym z boku i z przodu, fig.5- uchwyt w widoku od strony boku, fig.6- uchwyt w widoku od strony drugiego boku, fig.7- uchwyt w widoku z góry, fig.8-uchwyt w widoku z dolu, fig.9- uchwyt w widoku z tylu, a fig.10- uchwyt w widoku z przodu.Uchwyt do natrysku wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, obejmujacy czesc mocowana na ramieniu natrysku oraz czesc mocujaca glowice natrysku posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: czesc mocowana na ramieniu natrysku ma ksztalt dwusegmentowego walca, w którym usytuowany jest wybranie z walcowym otworem przelotowym, którego os jest prostopadla do osi tej czesci oraz walcowy wystep usytuowany przy krawedzi podstawy tej czesci.
