Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.1 przedstawia maszynke do strzyzenia brody w widoku perspektywicznym, fig.2- maszynke w widoku z przodu, fig.3- maszynke w widoku z tylu, fig.4- maszynke w widoku z boku, fig.5- maszynke w widoku z drugiego boku, fig.6- maszynke w widoku z góry, a fig.7- maszynke w widoku z dolu. Maszynka do strzyzenia brody wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, zawierajaca segment górny z grzebieniem i segment dolny stanowiacy uchwyt, oddzielone obwodowym ozdobnym pierscieniem, posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: segment górny obejmuje czesc dolna, która ma w przyblizeniu ksztalt walca ze skosnie usytuowana sciana górna i z wypukla sciana boczna, na której przebiega lukowata szczelina, oraz czesc górna stanowiaca ruchomy grzebien oddzielony szczelina od czesci dolnej segmentu. Ruchomy grzebien ma, w widoku z boku, zarys w przyblizeniu równo1egloboku z jednym lukowatym bokiem i lukowato zaokraglonym narozem. Ruchomy grzebien jest zintegrowany zgrzebieniem nieruchomym widocznym od przodu w polu wypuklej sciany czesci dolnej segmentu górnego maszynki. Ozdobny pierscien polozony ponizej segmentu górnego ma skosna sciane boczna, w polu, której znajduje sie wiele identycznych wypuklosci o zarysie kolistym. Segment dolny maszynki stanowiacy wydluzony uchwyt jest podzielony na czesc przednia i tylna lukowato przebiegajacym rowkiem. W polu czesci przedniej uchwytu widoczny jest panel sterujacy majacy zarys jajowaty, zawierajacy koliste wglebienie, w centrum, którego znajduje sie przycisk oraz zawierajacy owalne obnizenie polozone ponizej wglebienia z przyciskiem. Ponadto powyzej panelu sterujacego widoczne sa dwie grupy wglebien o zarysach prostokatów z lukowatymi krótszymi bokami, w których to wglebieniach znajduja sie otwory powtarzajace zarysy otaczajacych je wglebien. W polu czesci tylnej uchwytu widoczne sa podobne dwie grupy wglebien z otworami, a ponizej nich, widoczne jest obnizenie majace zarys owalny. The design's novelty and individual character are reflected in the shape of the beard trimmer. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the beard trimmer in a perspective view, Fig. 2 shows the trimmer in a front view, Fig. 3 shows the trimmer in a rear view, Fig. 4 shows the trimmer in a side view, Fig. 5 shows the trimmer in a side view, Fig. 6 shows the trimmer in a top view, and Fig. 7 shows the trimmer in a bottom view. An industrial-design beard trimmer comprising an upper segment with a comb and a lower segment constituting a handle, separated by a circumferential decorative ring, has the following essential features: the upper segment comprises a lower portion, which is approximately cylindrical in shape with an obliquely arranged upper wall and a convex side wall, on which runs an arc-shaped slot, and the upper portion, which comprises a movable comb, separated by a slot from the lower portion of the segment. The movable comb has, in a side view, the outline of an approximately parallelogram with one arc-shaped side and an arc-rounded corner. The movable comb is integrated with a fixed comb, visible from the front in the area of the convex wall of the lower portion of the upper segment of the clipper. The decorative ring located below the upper segment has a sloping side wall, within which are numerous identical circular protrusions. The lower segment of the razor, constituting the elongated handle, is divided into front and rear sections by an arcuate groove. The front of the handle features an egg-shaped control panel containing a circular recess, the center of which houses a button, and an oval depression below the recess containing the button. Furthermore, above the control panel are two groups of rectangular recesses with arcuate shorter sides, each containing openings that echo the outlines of the surrounding recesses. The rear of the handle features two similar groups of recesses with openings, and below them, an oval depression.
