Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest maszynka do strzyzenia brody. Nowosc i indywidualny charakter wzoru przejawia sie w ksztalcie maszynki do strzyzenia brody. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonej ilustracji, na której fig.1 przedstawia maszynke do strzyzenia brody w widoku perspektywicznym, fig.2- maszynke w widoku z przodu, fig.3- maszynke w widoku z tylu, fig.4- maszynke w widoku z boku, fig.5- maszynke w widoku z drugiego boku, fig.6- maszynke w widoku z góry, a fig.7- maszynke w widoku z dolu. Maszynka do strzyzenia brody wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, obejmujaca korpus oraz element do strzyzenia, posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: korpus ma ksztalt wydluzony, a na scianach bocznych korpusu znajduja sie wzdluzne, lukowate linie podzialowe zachodzace na sciane dolna. Na kazdej scianie bocznej korpusu znajduje sie wklesniecie, w polu, którego widoczne sa male koliste obszary. W polu sciany przedniej korpusu widoczny jest dwusegmentowy panel o zarysie trójkata równoramiennego z zaokraglonym wierzcholkiem. Segment górny tego paneluobejmuje dziewiec obszarów kolistych, ulozonych w trzech rzedach po trzy, a segment dolny obejmuje wypuklosc, w polu, której widoczne jest pokretlo majace, w widoku z góry, zarys kolisty. W czesci górnej sciany przedniej korpusu widoczne jest wybranie o zarysie paraboli oraz element do strzyzenia majacy postac wielu drobnych zabków. W czesci górnej sciany tylnej korpusu widoczna jest krawedz o ksztalcie linii lamanej obejmujacej lukowate czesci boczne i prostoliniowa czesc srodkowa, od której to krawedzi odchodzi wiele drobnych szczelin. Od wspomnianej krawedzi rozciaga sie ku dolowi obszar obejmujacy górna czesc o zarysie prostokata i dolna czesc o zarysie pólowalu, jak przedstawiono na zalaczonej ilustracji, od fig.l do fig.7.FIG.1FIG.2 FIG.3FIG.4 FIG.5 FIG.6 FIG.7 PLThe subject of the industrial design is a beard trimmer. The design's novelty and unique character are reflected in the shape of the beard trimmer. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustration, in which Fig. 1 shows the beard trimmer in a perspective view, Fig. 2 - the trimmer in a front view, Fig. 3 - the trimmer in a rear view, Fig. 4 - the trimmer in a side view, Fig. 5 - the trimmer in a side view, Fig. 6 - the trimmer in a top view, and Fig. 7 - the trimmer in a bottom view. The beard trimmer according to the industrial design, comprising a body and a cutting element, has the following essential features: the body has an elongated shape, and the side walls of the body have longitudinal, arcuate dividing lines that overlap the bottom wall. Each side wall of the body features a recess, within which small circular areas are visible. The front wall of the body features a two-segment panel in the shape of an isosceles triangle with a rounded top. The upper segment of this panel includes nine circular areas, arranged in three rows of three, while the lower segment includes a convexity, within which a knob is visible, which, when viewed from above, has a circular outline. The upper part of the front wall of the body features a recess in the shape of a parabola and a cutting element in the form of many fine serrations. The upper part of the rear wall of the body features a broken-line edge encompassing the arched side sections and a straight central section, from which many small slots extend.
