Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest podpora meblowa. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac podpory meblowej przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, ukladzie linii i powierzchni. Wzór przemyslowy uwidoczniono na rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia podpore meblowa w widoku perspektywicznym od przodu i od góry, fig. 2 przedstawia podpore meblowa w widoku z boku, fig. 3 przedstawia podpore meblowa w widoku od tylu. Podpora meblowa wedlug wzoru charakteryzuje sie tym, ze jest zbiezna ku dolowi i w podstawie ma ksztalt kwadratu, przy czym dwa tylne boki podpory sa rozdzielone odchodzacym od podstawy trójkatnym bokiem o wierzcholku dochodzacym dopodstawy podpory. Dwa przednie boki podpory sa zakonczone skosnym scieciem. Podpora na wierzcholku jest zakonczona trójsciennym, prostopadlosciennym okuciem o dwóch bokach zachodzacych na przednie boki podpory. Boczne sciany okucia maja przeciecie stanowiace przedluzenie sciecia przednich boków podpory i dochodzace do mniej wiecej srodka tych boków oraz zakonczone okregiem. Istotne cechy podpory meblowej wedlug wzoru przemyslowego stanowi to ze jest ona zbiezna ku dolowi i w podstawie ma ksztalt kwadratu, przy czym dwa tylne boki podpory sa rozdzielone odchodzacym od podstawy trójkatnym bokiem o wierzcholku dochodzacym do podstawy podpory. PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a furniture support. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of furniture support, manifested in its shape, line arrangement, and surface. The industrial design is illustrated in the drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the furniture support in perspective views from the front and top, Fig. 2 shows the furniture support in a side view, and Fig. 3 shows the furniture support in a rear view. The furniture support, according to the design, is characterized by being tapered downward and having a square base, with the two rear sides of the support separated by a triangular side extending from the base, the apex of which reaches the support's base. The two front sides of the support are terminated with a beveled edge. The support is terminated at its apex by a three-sided, rectangular fitting with two sides overlapping the front sides of the support. The side walls of the fitting have an intersection that extends the bevel of the front sides of the support, reaching approximately the center of these sides and terminating in a circle. The essential features of the industrial-style furniture support are that it tapers downward and has a square base, with the two rear sides of the support separated by a triangular side extending from the base, the apex of which reaches the support's base. The two front sides of the support are terminated by a bevel. The support is terminated at its apex by a three-sided, rectangular fitting with two sides overlapping the front sides of the support. The side walls of the fitting have a cut that is an extension of the cut of the front sides of the support, reaching approximately to the middle of these sides and ending in a circle, as shown in the attached drawings, fig. 1-3.
