Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.l przedstawia toster w wi- doku perspektywicznym, fig.2- toster w widoku z przodu, fig.3- toster w widoku z tylu, fig.4- toster w widoku z boku, fig.5- toster w widoku z drugiego boku, fig.6- toster w wido- ku z góry, a fig.7- toster w widoku z dolu.Toster wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, obejmujacy pod- stawe ze szklana pokrywa oraz podajnik chleba, posiada naste- pujace cechy istotne: podstawa usytuowana na czterech walco- wych nózkach, ma ksztalt stozka scietego, którego sciana boczna jest wklesla i którego podstawa ma zarys owalu, przy czym na obu stronach bocznych podstawy znajduje sie owalne wybranie polozone tuz przy krawedzi górnej podstawy. Ponizej kazdego wybrania widoczne jest mniejsze owalne pole. Na stro- nie przedniej podstawy znajduje sie panel majacy zarys pros- tokata z lukowatymi krótszymi bokami i w polu, którego polo- zone sa koliste przyciski, z których dwa skrajne sa wieksze od pozostalych. W polu sciany górnej podstawy tostera znajdu- je sie centralny wystep o zarysie prostokata z zaokraglonymi narozami oraz dwa prostopadloscienne, wypietrzone w góre wy- stepy boczne. Na podstawie tostera usytuowana jest przezro- czysta pokrywa, która ma ksztalt pryzmy o podstawie owalu i która ma nieco odsadzony kolnierz przebiegajacy na obwo- dzie, przy krawedzi dolnej. W polu sciany górnej pokrywy znajduje sie owalne wybranie, w którym zaglebiony jest podaj- nik chleba obejmujacy kilka elementów o zarysie litery "U", polaczonych z prostopadle polozonymi do nich uchwytami, za- konczonymi czterema odsadzonymi raczkami, jak przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku, fig.l do 7. The novelty and originality of the design is manifested in the shape of the toaster. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which fig. 1 shows a perspective view of the toaster, fig. 2 - a front view of the toaster, fig. 3 - a rear view of the toaster, fig. 4 - a side view of the toaster, fig. 5 - a view from the other side, fig. 6 - a top view of the toaster, and fig. 7 - a bottom view. The toaster according to the industrial design, comprising a base with a glass cover and a bread dispenser, has the following essential features: the base, situated on four cylindrical legs, has the shape of a truncated cone with a concave side wall and an oval base, with an oval recess on both sides of the base located just off the edge of the upper base. Below each recess, a smaller oval field is visible. On the front of the base is a rectangular panel with arched shorter sides, and within this panel are circular buttons, the two outermost ones larger than the others. On the upper wall of the toaster base is a central rectangular protrusion with rounded corners and two cuboid, upward-pointing side protrusions. On the toaster base is a transparent cover, prism-shaped with an oval base and a slightly raised flange running around the perimeter, near the bottom edge. In the upper cover wall area there is an oval recess in which a bread feeder is placed, which includes several U-shaped elements, connected to handles placed perpendicularly to them, ending with four offset handles, as shown in the attached drawing, fig. 1 to 7.
