Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest szczotka. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac szczotki przejawiajaca sie w jej ksztalcie i kolorze. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych rysunkach, na których: rysunek zbiorczy przedstawia szczotke w dwóch odmianach, fig. 1 - przedstawia szczotke w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 2 - te sama szczotke w widoku z góiy, fig. 3 - odmiane szczotki w widoku perspektywicznym, a fig. 4 - te sama szczotke w przekroju. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego. Szczotka przedstawiona na fig. 1 i fig. 2 jest wyposazona w podstawe w ksztalcie okregu. Górna powierzchnia podstawy jest plaska, przy czym na srodku jest ona zaopatrzona w prostopadly do niej uchwyt. Uchwyt jest wyposazony w walcowy wspornik polaczony z jednej strony z podstawa, natomiast z drugiej - z czescia o ksztalcie kopuly. W widoku z góry uchwyt ma ksztalt okregu o srednicy nieznacznie mniejszej od srednicy podstawy. Podstawa jest od dolu wyposazona w peczki wlosia.Podstawa szczotki jest korzystnie wykonana w kolorze ciemnym, natomiast górna czesc uchwytu w kolorze jasniejszym. Odmiana wzoru wedlug fig. 3 i fig. 4 rózni sie od wzoru przedstawionego na fig. 1 i fig. 2 tym, ze górna powierzchnia podstawy szczotki nieznacznie wznosi sie ku górze i laczy sie z odmiennym, ksztaltowym uchwytem. Górna krawedz podstawy jest zaokraglona. Podstawa szczotki jest korzystnie wykonana w kolorze jasnym, natomiast uchwyt - w kolorze ciemnym. The essence of the design is a new form of the brush, manifested in its shape and color. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawings, in which: the collective drawing shows the brush in two variations: Fig. 1 shows the brush in a perspective view, Fig. 2 shows the same brush in a top view, Fig. 3 shows a variation of the brush in a perspective view, and Fig. 4 shows the same brush in cross-section. Essential features of the industrial design: The brush shown in Figs. 1 and 2 is equipped with a circular base. The upper surface of the base is flat, with a perpendicular handle in the center. The handle is equipped with a cylindrical support connected to the base on one side and to a dome-shaped part on the other. In a top view, the handle has a circular shape with a diameter slightly smaller than the base diameter. The base is provided with tufts of bristles at the bottom. The base of the brush is preferably made in a dark color, while the upper part of the handle is in a lighter color. The design variation shown in Fig. 3 and Fig. 4 differs from the design shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2 in that the upper surface of the brush base rises slightly upward and connects to the differently shaped handle. The upper edge of the base is rounded. The brush base is preferably made in a light color, while the handle is in a dark color.
