Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest szczotka. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac szczotki przejawiajaca sie w jej ksztalcie i kolorze. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych rysunkach, na którym: rysunek zbiorczy przedstawia szczotke w trzech odmianach, fig. 1 - przedstawia szczotke w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 2 - te sama szczotke w widoku z góry, fig. 3 - odmiane szczotki w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 4 - te sama szczotke w widoku z góry, fig. 5 - odmiane szczotki w widoku perspektywicznym, a fig. 6 - te sama szczotke w widoku z boku. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego. Szczotka przedstawiona na fig. 1 do fig. 6 jest wyposazona w podstawe w ksztalcie owalu, zblizonym do okregu. Górna powierzchnia podstawy jest plaska, przy czym na srodku jest ona zaopatrzona w prostopadly do niej uchwyt w ksztalcie polówki owalu. Uchwyt jest zaopatrzony w trzy wyciecia w ksztalcie polówki owalu - do osadzenia palców. Podstawa jest od dolu wyposazona w peczki wlosia.Górna powierzchnia podstawy szczotki przedstawionej na fig. 1 i fig. 2 jest wyposazona w czarne kropki, rozmieszczone w sposób przypominajacy kropki biedronki. Odmiana wzoru wedlug fig. 3 i fig. 4 rózni sie od wzoru przedstawionego na fig. 1 i fig. 2 tym, ze górna powierzchnia podstawy szczotki nie posiada kropek. Odmiana wzoru wedlug fig. 5 i fig. 6 rózni sie od wzoru przedstawionego na fig. 3 i fig. 4 tym, ze podstawa szczotki ma zaokraglone krawedzie i jest zaopatrzona w lukowy uchwyt. The essence of the pattern is a new form of the brush, visible in its shape and color. The object of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawings, in which: the collective drawing shows the brush in three variants, Fig. 1 - shows the brush in a perspective view, Fig. 2 - the same brush in a top view, Fig. 3 - different brushes in a view. in perspective, fig. 4 is the same brush in top view, fig. 5 - a different brush in perspective view, and fig. 6 - the same brush in side view. Important features of an industrial design. The brush shown in Figs. 1 to 6 is provided with an oval-shaped base, similar to a circle. The upper surface of the base is flat, and in the center it is provided with a handle perpendicular thereto in the shape of a half oval. The handle is provided with three cut-outs in the shape of a half oval - for holding the fingers. The base is provided with tufts of bristles at the bottom. The upper surface of the base of the brush as shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2 is provided with black dots arranged in a pattern resembling ladybug dots. The pattern variation according to Fig. 3 and Fig. 4 differs from the pattern shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2 in that the upper surface of the base of the brush has no dots. The pattern variant according to Fig. 5 and Fig. 6 differs from the pattern shown in Fig. 3 and Fig. 4 in that the base of the brush has rounded edges and is provided with an arched handle.
