Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest szczotka. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac szczotki przejawiajaca sie w jej ksztalcie i kolorze. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym: fig. 1 - przedstawia szczotke w widoku perspektywicznym, a fig. 2 - te sama szczotke w widoku z góry. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego. Szczotka przedstawiona na fig. 1 i fig. 2 jest wyposazona w uchwyt o ksztalcie stylizowanym na ksztalt owada - motyla z rozlozonymi skrzydlami. W widoku z góry korpus motyla ma ksztalt wydluzonego owalu, przy czym z jednej strony jest polaczony z okregiem, stanowiacym glowe motyla. Po obydwu bokach korpus jest zaopatrzony w dwuczesciowe rozlozone skrzydla. Kazda z czesci skrzydla jest zaopatrzona w owal w kolorze ciemnym, wewnatrz którego znajduje sie mniejszy owal w kolorze jasnym. Korpus i glowa motyla sa wykonane w kolorze ciemnym, natomiast skrzydla w kolorze jasniejszym. Od dolu uchwyt jest zaopatrzony w peczki wlosia.Szczotka wedlug wzoru ma zwlaszcza zastosowanie do pielegnacji ciala, jako szczotka do czyszczenia, szczotka do ubran i butów, lub jako zgrzeblo.Fig. 1 Fig. 2 PLThe subject of the industrial design is a brush. The essence of the pattern is a new form of the brush, visible in its shape and color. The object of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which: fig. 1 - shows the brush in a perspective view, and fig. 2 - the same brush in a top view. Important features of an industrial design. The brush shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2 is equipped with a handle shaped in the shape of an insect-butterfly with spread wings. When viewed from above, the body of the butterfly has the shape of an elongated oval, with one side connected to the circle constituting the head of the butterfly. On both sides, the body is provided with two-piece extended wings. Each part of the wing is provided with a dark-colored oval, inside which there is a smaller, light-colored oval. The body and head of the butterfly are dark in color, while the wings are light in color. The bottom handle is equipped with bristles.
