Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest szczotka. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac szczotki przejawiajaca sie w jej ksztalcie i kolorze. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych rysunkach, na których: rysunek zbiorczy przedstawia szczotke w dwóch odmianach, fig. 1 - przedstawia szczotke w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 2 - te sama szczotke w widoku z góry, a fig. 3 - odmiane szczotki w widoku perspektywicznym. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego. Szczotka przedstawiona na fig. 1 i fig. 2 jest wyposazona w uchwyt o ksztalcie stylizowanym na ksztalt owada - biedronki. Korpus biedronki jest wypukly, natomiast w widoku z góry ma ksztalt owalu zblizonego do okregu, przy czym z przodu jest on zaopatrzony w zgrubienia, stanowiace glowe biedronki, natomiast po obydwu bokach - w pare odnózy w ksztalcie wycinka okregu. Ponadto korpus jest zaopatrzony w dwie, oddzielone od siebie podluznym wglebieniem, pokrywy skrzydel. Glowa biedronki, korpus i odnóza sa korzystnie wykonane w kolorze czarnym, natomiast pokrywy skrzydel w kolorze jasniejszym, przy czym sa one wyposazone w okragle kropki w kolorze czarnym.Od dolu uchwyt jest zaopatrzony w peczki wlosia. Odmiana wzoru wedlug fig. 3 rózni sie od wzoru przedstawionego na fig. 1 i fig. 2 tym, ze górna powierzchnia uchwytu nie jest wypukla, a ponadto korpus biedronki nie jest wyposazony w odnóza. The essence of the pattern is a new form of the brush, visible in its shape and color. The object of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawings, in which: the collective drawing shows the brush in two versions, Fig. 1 - shows the brush in perspective view, Fig. 2 - the same brush in top view, and Fig. 3 - different brushes in perspective view. Important features of an industrial design. The brush shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2 is equipped with a handle stylized in the shape of an insect - ladybug. The body of the ladybug is convex, while in the top view it has the shape of an oval close to a circle, with the front part of the ladybug's head with thickenings and a pair of circular-shaped legs on both sides. Moreover, the body is provided with two wing covers, separated from each other by a longitudinal cavity. The head of the ladybug, the body and the legs are preferably black, while the wing covers are lighter in color, with round black dots, and at the bottom the handle is provided with bundles of bristles. The variation of the pattern according to Fig. 3 differs from the pattern shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2 in that the upper surface of the handle is not convex and, moreover, the body of the ladybug is not provided with a leg.
