Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest szczotka. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac szczotki przejawiajaca sie w jej ksztalcie i kolorze. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym: fig. 1 - przedstawia szczotke w widoku perspektywicznym, a fig. 2 - te sama szczotke w widoku z góry. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego. Szczotka przedstawiona na fig. 1 i fig. 2 jest wyposazona w uchwyt o ksztalcie stylizowanym na ksztalt owada - pszczoly. W widoku z góiy korpus pszczoly ma ksztalt zblizony do owalu, przy czym po obu jego bokach znajduja sie skrzydla, natomiast u góry jest on polaczony z mniejszym owalem, polaczonym z dwoma wycinkami okregu, stanowiacym glowe i czólki pszczoly. Górna powierzchnia uchwytu jest plaska, przy czym jej krawedzie sa zaokraglone, natomiast od dolu uchwyt jest zaopatrzony w peczki wlosia. Odwlok pszczoly jest zaopatrzony w poprzeczne, lukowe pasy - szersze w kolorze czarnym, natomiast wezsze - w kolorze jasnym. Skrzydlapszczoly sa wykonane korzystnie w kolorze jasniejszym od koloru jasnych pasów na odwloku. Szczotka wedlug wzoru ma zwlaszcza zastosowanie do pielegnacji ciala lub jako szczotka do ubran.Fig. 1 Fig. 2 PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a brush. The essence of the design is a new form of the brush, manifested in its shape and color. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which: Fig. 1 shows the brush in a perspective view, and Fig. 2 shows the same brush from above. Essential features of the industrial design: The brush shown in Figs. 1 and 2 is equipped with a handle in a stylized shape resembling an insect—a bee. From the top, the bee's body is roughly oval, with wings on both sides. At the top, it is connected to a smaller oval, connected to two segments of a circle, constituting the bee's head and forehead. The upper surface of the handle is flat, with rounded edges, while the lower surface of the handle is provided with tufts of bristles. The bee's abdomen is equipped with transverse, arc-shaped stripes – the wider ones are black, while the narrower ones are light. The bee's wings are preferably lighter in color than the light stripes on the abdomen. The brush, as patterned, is particularly useful for body care or as a clothes brush. Fig. 1 Fig. 2 PL PL
