Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest szczotka. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac szczotki przejawiajaca sie w jej ksztalcie i kolorze. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym: fig. 1 - przedstawia szczotke w widoku perspektywicznym, a fig. 2 - odmiane szczotki w widoku perspektywicznym. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego. Szczotka przedstawiona na fig. 1 i fig. 2 sklada sie z glówki wyposazonej od dolu w peczki wlosia oraz polaczonej z nia rekojesci, zakonczonej uchwytem. Glówka szczotki ma ksztalt owalny, przy czym jej górna powierzchnia jest wypukla. Rekojesc ma ksztalt podluzny, przy czym z jednej strony jest ona zaopatrzona w uchwyt w ksztalcie walca o wyoblonych krawedziach, natomiast z drugiej strony - rozszerza sie w kierunku glówki i laczy sie z nia.Szczotka przedstawiona na fig. 1 jest zaopatrzona w glówke w kolorze jasnym, rekojesc w kolorze ciemnym, oraz uchwyt w kolorze glówki. Odmiana wzoru wedlug fig. 2 rózni sie od wzoru przedstawionego na fig. 1 tym, ze górna powierzchnia glówki szczotki jest zaopatrzona w ciemne kropki, przypominajace kropki biedronki. Szczotka wedlug wzoru ma zwlaszcza zastosowanie do pielegnacji ciala, jako szczotka do czyszczenia lub jako zgrzeblo.Fig. 1 Fig. 2 PL PL PLThe industrial design is a brush. The essence of the design is a new form of the brush, manifested in its shape and color. The industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which: Fig. 1 shows the brush in a perspective view, and Fig. 2 shows a variation of the brush in a perspective view. Essential features of the industrial design: The brush shown in Figs. 1 and 2 consists of a head equipped with tufts of bristles at the bottom and a connected handle, ending in a grip. The brush head is oval in shape, with its upper surface convex. The handle is elongated, with one end featuring a cylindrical grip with rounded edges, while the other end expands toward and connects to the head. The brush shown in Fig. 1 has a light-colored head, a dark-colored handle, and a handle matching the head. The variation of the design shown in Fig. 2 differs from the design shown in Fig. 1 in that the upper surface of the brush head is decorated with dark dots resembling those of a ladybug.
