Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac szczoteczki do zebów, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of a toothbrush in shape.

Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych rysunkach, na których fig. 1 przedstawia szczoteczke w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 2 - szczoteczke w widoku z przodu, fig. 3 - szczoteczke w widoku z boku, fig. 4 - szczoteczke w widoku z tylu, fig. 5 - szczoteczke w widoku z góry, zas fig. 6 przedstawia szczoteczke w widoku z dolu.Szczoteczka do zebów, posiadajaca glówke, szyjke i rekojesc, charakteryzuje sie tym, ze czesc myjaca glówki szczoteczki jest zlozona : z rzedów kepek wlosia, z których boczne rzedy, minimalnie wyzsze, maja podstawy owalne, z rzedów srodkowych z kepkami wlosia z podstawami okraglymi, oraz z czesci górnej o ksztalcie zblizonej do wycinka kola. Boczne rzedy umieszczone sa na elementach z zabkowanymi krawedziami, które maja odmienna barwe, a srodkowa czesc wykonczenia, przypominajaca grzybek, przechodzi w szyjke szczoteczki a dalej w rekojesc. The object of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawings, in which fig. 1 shows the toothbrush in a perspective view, fig. 2 - a toothbrush in a front view, fig. 3 - a toothbrush in a side view, fig. 4 - a toothbrush in a rear view, Fig. 5 is a top view of the toothbrush and Fig. 6 is a bottom view of the toothbrush. A toothbrush having a head, neck and handle is characterized by the fact that the cleaning part of the brush head is composed of rows of bristles, with the side rows of which, slightly higher, have oval bases, middle rows with tufts of bristles with round bases, and an upper part in a shape similar to a segment of a circle. Side rows are placed on elements with serrated edges, which are of a different color, and the middle part of the trim, reminiscent of a mushroom, goes into the neck of the brush and then into the handle.

Szyjka szczoteczki jest lekko wygieta, a jej tylna czesc jest w kolorze zewnetrznych elementów glówki szczoteczki. The neck of the brush is slightly curved, and its back part is the same color as the outer parts of the brush head.

Szczoteczka posiada pogrubiona rekojesc, na której w górnej jej czesci znajduja sie, w widoku z boku i z tylu, elementy przypominajace uzebrowania, zas w widoku z przodu rzad elementów o ksztalcie elips. Dolna czesc rekojesci posiada podluzne pasy, z których pas tylni i pasy umieszczone na krawedziach przednio - bocznych sa w kolorze zewnetrznych elementów glówki szczoteczki.Fig 1.
