Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest szczoteczka przeznaczona do czyszczenia zebów. Wzór przemyslowy jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych rysunkach, na których fig. 1- przedstawia szczoteczke do zebów w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 2 - szczoteczke do zebów w widoku z boku, fig. 3 - szczoteczke do zebów w widoku z przodu, fig. 4 - szczoteczke do zebów w widoku z tylu, fig. 5 - szczoteczke do zebów w widoku z góry, fig. 6 - szczoteczke do zebów w widoku z dolu Cecha istotna przedmiotowego wzoru przemyslowego jest odmienny ksztalt od dotychczas znanych wzorów. Szczoteczka do zebów posiadajaca glówke, szyjke i rekojesc charakteryzuje sie tym, ze czesc myjaca glówki szczoteczki jest zlozona z rzedów kepek materialu myjacego, które na przemian maja zmienna wysokosc. Dolny rzad, na calej szerokosci, jest wyzszy a nastepne dwa sa nizsze, po czym kolejny jest wyzszy zas nastepne trzy sa nizsze, po których nastepuje powtórnie jeden rzad wyzszy, po czym ostatnie dwa górne sa nizsze. Rzedy wyzsze osadzone sa w materiale o odmiennym kolorze. Na krawedziach bocznych i na czesciach zewnetrznych czesci tylnej glówki, na szerokosci odpowiadajacej osadzeniu wyzszych rzedów materialu myjacego, umieszczone sa lekko wypukle paski o kolorze czesci przedniej szyjki szczoteczki. W czesci tylnej glówki, wypukle paski stykaja sie nieforemna obwódka w tym samym kolorze, wewnatrz obwódki jest umieszczony rysunek z trzema wystepami. Szyjka szczoteczki jest lekko wygieta a jej przednia czesc ma odmienna barwe, przy czym szerokosc materialu o odmiennej barwie przy glówce stanowi szerokosc podstawy materialu myjacego, zas w dolnej czesci szyjki obejmuje caly obwód rekojesci.Szczoteczka posiada pogrubiona rekojesc, na której w górnej czesci, z przodu i z tylu na trójkatnych pasach, stanowiacych zakonczenia czesci przedniej szyjki, usytuowane sa guzy ulatwiajace trzymanie szczoteczki. Wewnetrzne wieksze guzy sa w kolorze czesci przedniej szyjki szczoteczki, zas zewnetrzne niniejsze guzy sa w kolorze czesci tylnej szyjki szczoteczki. Przednia czesc rekojesci posiada podluzny pas w kolorze tylnej czesci szyjki szczoteczki, który rozszerza sie ku górze, gdzie obejmuje caly obwód rekojesci na wysokosci okolo 2/3 wysokosci rekojesci. The industrial design is shown in the attached drawings, in which Fig. 1 shows a perspective view of the toothbrush, Fig. 2 shows a side view of the toothbrush, Fig. 3 shows a front view of the toothbrush, Fig. 4 shows a back view of the toothbrush, Fig. 5 shows a top view of the toothbrush, and Fig. 6 shows a bottom view of the toothbrush. A significant feature of the subject industrial design is its different shape from previously known designs. A toothbrush having a head, neck, and handle is characterized in that the cleaning portion of the brush head is composed of rows of tufts of cleaning material that alternate in height. The bottom row, running the full width, is higher, the next two are lower, then the next is higher, the next three are lower, followed by another higher row, after which the last two upper rows are lower. The higher rows are embedded in a material of a different color. On the side edges and on the outer parts of the rear of the head, at a width corresponding to the placement of the higher rows of cleansing material, are slightly convex stripes in the color of the front of the brush neck. At the rear of the head, the convex stripes meet with an irregular border of the same color, inside which is a design with three protrusions. The brush's neck is slightly curved, and its front section is a different color. The width of the differently colored material near the head is the width of the base of the cleaning material, while the lower section of the neck encompasses the entire circumference of the handle. The brush has a thickened handle, with triangular strips at the top, front, and back, forming the ends of the front neck, featuring knobs that make it easier to hold. The larger inner knobs are the color of the front of the brush neck, while the outer, smaller knobs are the color of the back of the brush neck. The front of the handle has a long strip, the color of the back of the brush neck, which widens upwards, encompassing the entire circumference of the handle, approximately two-thirds of the way up. On the side edges there are symmetrically placed knobby protrusions in the color of the back part of the brush neck, which are embedded in the material in the color of the front part of the brush neck.
