Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest raczka do szczoteczki do zebów. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac raczki do szczoteczki do zebów przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i ukladzie linii. Raczka do szczoteczki do zebów jest szczególnie przydatna do elektrycznych szczoteczek do zebów. Raczka w dolnej czesci ma mniejsza zbieznosc, w srodku jej wysokosci jest na bokach lekko wklesla, a na górze ma wieksza zbieznosc, i lagodnie lukowo przechodzi w czesc przejsciowa szczoteczki. Na powierzchni raczki jest uksztaltowany wypukly ornament, który z przodu i na bokach przedstawia glowe, tulów i nogi zwróconego do przodu, stojacego malego konika, z zaznaczona grzywa i ogonem po jednej stronie. Konik ma na glowie szpiczasta czapeczke z wypuklym guzem i wywinieta szarfa, i podobny guz ma uksztaltowany z przodu na grzywie. Szyja konika jest ozdobiona wypuklym naszyjnikiem z koralików, na srodku, którego wisi ozdoba w ksztalcie serca. Z przodu, nad glowa konika, po lewej stronie czapeczki jest zaznaczona gwiazdka, a po prawej pólksiezyc, zas na dole, pomiedzy przednimi nogami konika, sa zaznaczone dwie male gwiazdki, a z tylu raczki i na bokach sa rozmieszczone wypuklosci w ksztalcie wiekszych gwiazdek. Cechami charakterystycznymi raczki do szczoteczki do zebów jest to, ze ma ona w dolnej czesci mniejsza zbieznosc, w srodku jej wysokosci jest na bokach lekko wklesla, a na górze ma wieksza zbieznosc, i lagodnie lukowo przechodzi w czesc przejsciowa szczoteczki, przy czym na powierzchni raczki jest uksztaltowany wypukly ornament, który z przodu i na bokach przedstawia glowe, tulów i nogi zwróconego do przodu, stojacego malego konika, z zaznaczona grzywa i ogonem po jednej stronie. Konik ma na glowie szpiczasta czapeczke z wypuklym guzem i wywinieta szarfa, i podobny guz ma uksztaltowany z przodu na grzywie. Szyja konika jestozdobiona wypuklym naszyjnikiem z koralików, na srodku, którego wisi ozdoba w ksztalcie serca, a z przodu, nad glowa konika, po lewej stronie czapeczki jest zaznaczona gwiazdka, a po prawej pólksiezyc, zas na dole, pomiedzy przednimi nogami konika, sa zaznaczone dwie male gwiazdki, a z tylu raczki i na bokach sa rozmieszczone wypuklosci w ksztalcie wiekszych gwiazdek, jak uwidoczniono na zalaczonym rysunku, fig. 1 -6. PL PL PL PL PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a toothbrush handle. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of toothbrush handle, manifested in its shape and line arrangement. The toothbrush handle is particularly suitable for electric toothbrushes. The toothbrush handle design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the handle from the front, with the transition between the handle and the brush head marked with a dashed line; Fig. 2 shows the handle from the left side; Fig. 3 shows the handle from the back; Fig. 4 shows the handle from the right side; Fig. 5 shows the handle in perspective from the right; Fig. 6 shows the handle in perspective from the left. A toothbrush handle, especially an electric toothbrush, has a shape resembling a slender cone with a small angle of convergence, symmetrical about a plane dividing it vertically from front to back. The handle has a smaller taper at the bottom, is slightly concave at the sides in the middle, and is more concave at the top, flowing gently into the transitional part of the brush. A convex ornament is shaped on the handle's surface, depicting the head, body, and legs of a small, standing horse facing forward, with a prominent mane and tail on one side. The horse wears a pointed cap with a raised knob and a rolled-up sash, and a similar knob is formed at the front of the mane. The horse's neck is adorned with a raised beaded necklace, with a heart-shaped ornament hanging in the center. At the front, above the horse's head, a star is marked on the left side of the hat, and a crescent moon on the right. At the bottom, between the horse's front legs, two small stars are marked, and larger star-shaped protrusions are placed on the back of the handle and on the sides. The characteristic features of a toothbrush handle are that it has a smaller taper at the bottom, is slightly concave at the sides in the middle, and is more tapered at the top, and flows gently into the transitional part of the brush. The handle's surface features a convex ornament, which, on the front and sides, depicts the head, body, and legs of a small, standing horse facing forward, with a prominent mane and tail on one side. The horse wears a pointed cap with a raised knob and a folded scarf, and a similar knob is formed at the front of the mane. The horse's neck is decorated with a convex beaded necklace, in the center of which hangs a heart-shaped ornament, and in the front, above the horse's head, on the left side of the cap there is a star marked, and on the right side there is a crescent moon, while at the bottom, between the horse's front legs, there are two small stars marked, and on the back of the handle and on the sides there are convexities in the shape of larger stars, as shown in the attached drawing, fig. 1-6.
