The industrial design registration is effective from June 3, 2002. Priority: December 4, 2001, United States of America. The subject of the industrial design is an electric toothbrush. The essence of the design is a new form of the electric toothbrush, manifested in its shape, line arrangement, and surface. The electric toothbrush consisting of a handle, a neck and a head in the first design variant has an elongated shape, wherein the brush handle has at one end an end part with a shape close to cylindrical and an approximately oval base, on the front and rear surface of which there are two small recesses with an outline close to oval, the middle part of the handle has an elongated shape, narrowing in an approximately conical manner towards the neck, with an approximately oval, wider base and an approximately round, narrower base. On the side surfaces of the central part of the handle there are transverse, slightly convex, elongated, narrow elements of different lengths, while on the slightly flattened upper and lower surfaces there are slightly recessed areas limited by lines close to the outline of an oval located respectively on the front surface from the side of the end part and on the rear surface from the side of the neck, which also include part of the side surfaces. Within the slightly recessed area of the front surface, near the neck of the toothbrush, is a longitudinally approximately oval shape, within which are located longitudinally a larger, convex element with an oval shape and a smaller, slightly concave element with a roughly circular shape. Within the slightly recessed area of the rear surface, there is a longitudinally oval shape and, towards the neck of the toothbrush, a transverse, slightly convex, small, roughly oval shape. Small, slightly convex elements are also located near the neck of the toothbrush. The central part of the handle transitions from the neck of the toothbrush into a small, tapering, cone-shaped grip section that tapers towards the neck. The neck of the toothbrush has a shape similar to an elongated cylinder, narrowing at a slight angle towards the brush head, which is wider and rounded convexly on the back side in a shape similar to a drop, and on the front side it is flattened and provided with a flat element, protruding towards the top of the brush, with its narrower side facing outwards. On the flat front surface of the element with an egg-shaped outline, bundles of fibers are arranged, wherein the bundles of fibers are arranged from the wider, inner side of the flat element along the circumference of two circles with a common center and from the narrower, outer side in two, approximately parallel, slightly convex rows. The electric toothbrush consisting of a handle, a neck and a head in the second design variant has an elongated shape, wherein the brush handle on one end has an end part with a shape close to cylindrical and a roughly oval base, on the front and rear surfaces of which two small recesses with an almost oval outline are located, the middle part of the handle has an elongated shape that narrows in an approximately conical manner towards the neck. with a broad, approximately oval base and a narrow, approximately round base. The lateral surfaces of the central part of the handle feature transverse, slightly convex, elongated, narrow elements of varying lengths, while the slightly flattened upper and lower surfaces feature slightly recessed areas bounded by lines resembling an oval outline, located on the front surface of the end section and on the rear surface of the neck section, respectively, and also encompassing part of the lateral surfaces. Within the slightly recessed area of the front surface, near the neck of the toothbrush, is a longitudinally approximately oval shape, within which are located longitudinally a larger, convex element with an oval shape and a smaller, slightly concave element with a roughly circular shape. Within the slightly recessed area of the rear surface, there is a longitudinally oval shape and, towards the neck of the toothbrush, a transverse, slightly convex, small, roughly oval shape. Small, slightly convex elements are also located near the neck of the toothbrush. The essential features of the industrial design in the second variant of the design relate to an electric toothbrush in which the brush handle on one end has an end part of a cylindrical shape and an approximately oval base, on the front and rear surfaces of which two small recesses of an approximately oval outline are located, the middle part of the handle has an elongated shape narrowing approximately conically towards the neck with an approximately oval wider base and an approximately round narrower base, furthermore on the side surfaces of the middle part of the handle there are transverse, slightly convex, elongated, narrow elements of different lengths, while on the slightly flattened upper and lower surfaces there are slightly recessed areas delimited by lines approximating the outline of an oval located respectively on the front surface from the side of the end part and on the side of the middle part of the handle. the rear surface from the neck side, which also include part of the side surfaces, wherein inside the slightly recessed area of the front surface, near the neck of the toothbrush, there is a longitudinally close to oval outline, inside which there are longitudinally placed a larger convex element with an oval outline and a smaller slightly concave element with an approximately circular outline, while inside the slightly recessed area on the rear surface, there is a longitudinally placed oval outline and on the side of the neck of the toothbrush, a transverse, slightly convex, small approximately oval element, small slightly convex elements are also situated near the neck of the toothbrush, while the central part of the handle passes from the side of the neck of the toothbrush into a small gripping part narrowing towards the neck, with a shape similar to a truncated cone, and the neck of the toothbrush has a shape similar to an elongated a cylinder, tapering at a slight angle towards the brush head, which is wider and rounded convexly on the rear side in a shape similar to a drop, and on the front side it is flattened and provided with a flat element protruding towards the top of the brush, with an egg-shaped outline, directed with its narrower side outwards, as shown in the attached drawings Fig. 2, Fig. 2.1 - Fig. 2.7.
