Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac szczoteczki do zebów przejawiajaca sie w jej ksztalcie i kolorze.Przedmiot wzoru jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 - przedstawia szczoteczke do zebów w widoku z góry, fig. 2 - przedstawia szczoteczke do zebów w widoku z boku. Szczoteczka do zebów przedstawiona na zalaczonym rysunku fig. 1 i fig. 2 sklada sie z uchwytu, szyjki, oraz glówki wyposazonej w peczki wlosia. Uchwyt szczoteczki jest z jednej strony polaczony z podluzna szyjka, zakonczona glówka, natomiast z drugiej zweza sie w kierunku do zaokraglonej koncówki. Uchwyt jest od dolu, a takze od góry w miejscu przeznaczonym do oparcia kciuka, zaopatrzony we wkladke z materialu innej barwy i o mniejszej twardosci. Uchwyt szczoteczki ma w widoku z góry ksztalt wydluzonego trapezu, zwezajacego sie ku zaokraglonej koncówce, przy czym jego wnetrze wypelnia wkladka, wezsza od uchwytu, lecz o podobnym ksztalcie, zakonczona eliptycznym zgrubieniem dla kciuka, o takim samym kolorze jak wewnetrzne peczki wlosia glówki. Glówka szczoteczki jest wyposazona w czesci tylnej i srodkowej w cztery szeregi peczków wlosia, przy czym dwa wewnetrzne szeregi sa wykonane z wlosia w innym, ciemniejszym kolorze niz szeregi zewnetrzne, korzystnie w kolorze wkladki, natomiast z przodu jest zakonczona peczkami wlosia ulozonymi w ksztalcie okregu, wewnatrz którego znajduje sie jeden peczek wlosia, przy czym peczki tworzace okrag sa w ciemniejszym kolorze, wewnetrznych peczków wlosia, zas peczek we wnetrzu okregu jest w kolorze zewnetrznych peczków wlosia (jasniejszym). W widoku z boku ostatni peczek wlosia i dwa pierwsze peczki sa w kolorze ciemniejszym, natomiast peczki srodkowe sa w kolorze jasnym. The essence of the pattern is a new form of a toothbrush in its shape and color. The subject of the pattern is shown in the attached drawing, where fig. 1 - shows a toothbrush in top view, fig. 2 - shows a toothbrush in a view from side. The toothbrush shown in the accompanying drawing Fig. 1 and Fig. 2 consists of a handle, a neck, and a head equipped with bundles of bristles. The handle of the brush is connected on one side to an elongated neck with a tipped head, while on the other side it tapers towards the rounded tip. The handle is located at the bottom, as well as at the top, in the place intended for supporting the thumb, provided with an insert made of a material of a different color and of lower hardness. The brush handle is in the top view of an elongated trapezoid tapering towards a rounded end, with its interior filled with an insert that is taller than the handle, but of a similar shape, ending with an elliptical protuberance for the thumb, the same color as the inner bristles of the hair shaft. The head of the brush is equipped with four rows of bristles in the rear and middle sections, the two inner rows are made of bristles of a different, darker color than the outer ranks, preferably in the color of the liner, while at the front it is finished with bunches arranged in a circular shape, Inside which there is one tuft of bristles, the tufts forming the circle are darker in color, the inner tufts of bristles, while the tufts inside the circle are the color of the outer (lighter) tufts.
