Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest raczka elektrycznej szczoteczki do zebów. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac raczki elektrycznej szczoteczki do zebów przejawiajaca sie w jej ksztalcie i ukladzie linii. Wzór raczki elektrycznej szczoteczki do zebów uwidoczniono na rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia raczke elektrycznej szczoteczki do zebów w widoku z przodu, fig. 2 - raczke w wodoku z lewego boku, przy czym widok raczki z prawego boku jest lustrzanym odbiciem widoku z lewego boku pokazanego na fig. 2, fig. 3 - raczke w widoku z tylu, fig. 4 - raczke w widoku z góry, fig. 5 - raczke w widoku z dolu, fig. 6 - raczke w widoku perspektywicznym z przodu widziana od strony lewego boku i od dolu, fig. 7 - raczke w widoku perspektywicznym z tylu widziana od strony prawego boku i od dolu. Raczka elektrycznej szczoteczki do zebów ma na dole podstawe o jednakowej wysokosci i ksztalcie przypominajacym zamknieta podkowe. Raczka jest zaokraglona z tylu i splaszczona z przodu. Raczka zweza sie w górnej czesci i przechodzi w duzo ciensza szyjke szczoteczki. Z przodu raczki znajduje siepodluzny element posiadajacy szersza czesc górna w ksztalcie wieloboku rozciagajacego sie na powierzchni przedniej i czesciowo na bokach raczki, która przechodzi w zasadniczo prostokatna wezsza czesc dolna rozciagajaca sie centralnie na powierzchni przedniej i dochodzaca do podstawy raczki. Od boków wieloboku polozonych na bokach raczki i równoleglych do siebie wychodza male wypukle elementy w ksztalcie pazurków, tworzace dwa umieszczone naprzeciwko siebie podluzne rzedy pazurków. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of an electric toothbrush handle, manifested in its shape and line arrangement. The design of the electric toothbrush handle is shown in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the electric toothbrush handle in a front view; Fig. 2 shows the handle in a left-side view, with the right-side view being a mirror image of the left-side view shown in Fig. 2; Fig. 3 shows the handle in a back view; Fig. 4 shows the handle in a top view; Fig. 5 shows the handle in a bottom view; Fig. 6 shows the handle in a front perspective view viewed from the left side and bottom; Fig. 7 shows the handle in a rear perspective view viewed from the right side and bottom. The handle of an electric toothbrush has a base at the bottom, uniform in height and shaped like a closed horseshoe. The handle is rounded at the back and flattened at the front. The handle tapers at the top and merges into a much thinner brush neck. At the front of the handle is an elongated element with a wider upper section in the shape of a polygon extending across the front surface and partially along the sides of the handle, which merges into a generally rectangular, narrower lower section extending centrally across the front surface and reaching the base of the handle. Small, convex claw-shaped elements extend from the sides of the polygon, parallel to each other, forming two opposing longitudinal rows of claws. The rear surface of the toothbrush handle features two vertical rows of protruding claw-shaped elements, each claw arranged diagonally, its sharp end pointing downward, and the claws of one row positioned opposite the claws of the other row. The upper part of the toothbrush handle is separated from the lower part on its sides and rear surface by an arc-shaped protrusion that connects to the diagonal lower sides of the polygon located on the front surface of the handle. The essential features of an electric toothbrush handle according to the industrial design are that it has a base at the bottom of the same height and in the shape resembling a closed horseshoe, wherein the handle is rounded at the back and flattened at the front and narrows in the upper part and passes into a much thinner neck of the brush, and at the front of the handle there is an elongated element having a wider upper part in the shape of a polygon extending on the front surface and partially on the sides of the handle, which passes into a substantially rectangular, narrower lower part extending centrally on the front surface and reaching the base of the handle, and from the sides of the polygon located on the sides of the handle and parallel to each other there are small convex elements in the shape of claws, forming two opposite longitudinal rows of claws, while on the rear surface of the toothbrush handle there are two vertical rows of protruding elements resembling claws in shape, each claw is placed obliquely and its sharp end is directed downwards and the claws of one row are placed opposite the claws of the other row and the upper part of the brush handle on its sides and rear surface is separated from the lower part by an arc-shaped protrusion connecting with the oblique lower sides of the polygon placed on the front surface of the handle, as shown in the attached drawing, fig. 1-7.FIG.1 FIG.2 FIG.3 FIG.4 FIG.5 FIG.6 FIG.7 PL PL PL PL PL PL PL
