Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest szczoteczka do ze- bów . Wzór przemyslowy stanowi nowa i oryginalna postac szczo- teczki do zebów przejawiajaca sie w jej ksztalcie. Wzór przemyslowy wystepuje w jednej odmianie. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na ry- sunku zbiorczym, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia szczoteczke do zebów w widoku perspektywicznym od przodu, fig. 2 - szczo- teczke do zebów w widoku z boku, fig. 3 - szczoteczke do ze- bów w widoku z tylu, fig. 4 - szczoteczke do zebów w widoku z góry, fig. 5 - szczoteczke do zebów w widoku z dolu. Znane sa szczoteczki do zebów majace uchwyt i glówke z zamocowanymi w niej od przodu peczkami wlosia. Cecha istotna szczoteczki do zebów jest jej ksztalt i ustawienie poszczególnych czesci wzgledem siebie. Zgodna z wzorem przemyslowym szczoteczka do zebów ma uchwyt majacy dwie czesci, dolna i górna, oddzielone od sie- bie obszarem przegubowym, w którym rdzen uchwytu jest wygietyharmonijkowo, przy czym z przodu znajduja sie trzy, a z tylu dwa grzbiety tego harmonijkowo wygietego rdzenia. Rdzen ten jest z obu stron, przedniej i tylnej, pokryty odpowiednio po- krywajaca warstwa tylna i przednia z innego materialu. Pokry- wajaca warstwa przednia ma dwa obszary zaopatrzone w drobne koliste wypuklosci, przy czym jeden z tych obszarów znajduje sie w poblizu konca uchwytu oddalonego od glówki, a drugi z nich znajduje sie w poblizu obszaru przegubowego. Pokrywajaca warstwa tylna ma jeden obszar zaopatrzony w drobne koliste wypuklosci, który jest usytuowany w poblizu obszaru przegubo- wego. Zarówno z przodu, jak i z tylu warstwy pokrywajace sie- gaja tylko nieco poza obszar przegubowy, a dalszy odcinek czesci górnej uchwytu jest odsloniety. Górny odcinek pokrywa- jacej warstwy przedniej, znajdujacy sie na górnej czesci uchwytu, tworzy klin, a górny odcinek pokrywajacej warstwy tylnej jest plaski. Boki uchwytu szczoteczki do zebów oraz grzbiety harmonijkowo wygietego rdzenia sa odsloniete i wy- staja poza obrys warstw pokrywajacych, z tym, ze z tylu na tych grzbietach znajduja sie waskie paski z materialu warstwy pokrywajacej przebiegajace centralnie w kierunku wzdluznym uchwytu szczoteczki. Ponadto grzbiety harmonijkowo wygietego rdzenia maja prostokatny obrys patrzac na nie zarówno od przodu i od tylu, jak i z góry i dolu. Zakonczenie uchwytu szczoteczki do zebów oddalane od glówki jest z tylu ukosnie sciete. Uchwyt i glówka sa polaczone za posrednictwem wypuklego z kazdej strony obszaru laczacego z innego materialu niz rdzen uchwytu i korpus glówki. Korpus glówki ma klinowaty ksztalt z zaokraglonymi narozami dolnymi i wierzcholkiem. Tylna powierzchnia korpusu glówki jest plaska, przy czym glówka z obu stron, w widoku z boku, ma dwa pólkoliste wyste-py skierowane ku powierzchni szczotkujacej peczków wlosia utworzone przez boczne scianki glówki. Przednia powierzchnia korpusu glówki jest zaopatrzona w peczki wlosia o równej wy- sokosci. The industrial design is a new and original form of a toothbrush, manifested in its shape. The industrial design exists in a single variation. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the collective drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the toothbrush in a perspective view from the front, Fig. 2 - the toothbrush in a side view, Fig. 3 - the toothbrush in a back view, Fig. 4 - the toothbrush in a top view, Fig. 5 - the toothbrush in a bottom view. Toothbrushes are known that have a handle and a head with tufts of bristles attached to it at the front. An essential feature of a toothbrush is its shape and the arrangement of individual parts relative to each other. The industrial design toothbrush has a handle having two parts, a lower and an upper part, separated by a hinge region, in which the core of the handle is accordion-shaped, with three ridges at the front and two at the rear of this accordion-shaped core. This core is covered on both sides, the front and rear, respectively, with a back and front covering layer of a different material. The front covering layer has two areas provided with fine circular protrusions, one of which is located near the end of the handle remote from the head, and the other of which is located near the hinge region. The back covering layer has one area provided with fine circular protrusions, which is located near the hinge region. At both the front and rear, the covering layers extend only slightly beyond the hinge area, and the distal section of the upper part of the handle is exposed. The upper section of the front covering layer, located on the upper part of the handle, forms a wedge, while the upper section of the back covering layer is flat. The sides of the toothbrush handle and the ridges of the accordion-shaped core are exposed and extend beyond the outline of the covering layers. However, on the rear of these ridges, there are narrow strips of covering layer material running centrally along the length of the brush handle. Furthermore, the ridges of the accordion-shaped core have a rectangular outline when viewed from the front and rear, as well as from above and below. The end of the toothbrush handle, which is spaced from the head, is beveled at the rear. The handle and the head are connected by a connecting area convex on each side, made of a different material than the handle core and the head body. The head body has a wedge-shaped shape with rounded lower corners and a top. The rear surface of the head body is flat, and the head, on both sides, in a side view, has two semicircular projections directed towards the brushing surface of the bristle tufts formed by the side walls of the head. The front surface of the head body is provided with bristle tufts of equal height.
