Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest glówka szczoteczki do zebów. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac glówki szczoteczki do zebów przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i ukladzie linii. Glówka szczoteczki do zebów jest szczególnie przydatna do elektrycznych szczoteczek do zebów. Wzór glówki szczoteczki do zebów uwidoczniono na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia glówke w widoku z przodu, z zaznaczonym linia przerywana fragmentem przejsciowym raczki i uchwytem szczoteczki, fig. 1A - glówke szczoteczki w widoku z przodu, w powiekszeniu, fig. 2- glówke w widoku od prawego boku, fig. 2A - glówke w widoku od prawego boku, w powiekszeniu, fig. 3 - glówke szczoteczki w widoku od góry, fig. 4 - glówke szczoteczki w widoku perspektywicznym od strony prawej i od przodu. Glówka szczoteczki do zebów ma ksztalt bryly majacej od przodu szczoteczki platforme o zarysie, na który sklada siezaznaczone kolo usytuowane na górze glówki oraz eliptyczne jego przedluzenie odchodzace do dolu glówki. Glówka ma peczki szczecinek wystajace do przodu z platformy, przy czym w obrebie kola platformy peczki szczecinek sa rozmieszczone równomiernie na dwóch wspólsrodkowych okregach, z tym, ze na zewnetrznym okregu, od strony eliptycznego przedluzenia wystepuje wiekszy odstep pomiedzy dwoma sasiednimi peczkami szczecinek. Na eliptycznym przedluzeniu peczki szczecinek sa usytuowane w pieciu lukowych, wygietych wypuklo do dolu rzedach, przy czym w najnizszym, piatym rzedzie sa rozmieszczone cztery peczki szczecinek, a w pozostalych rzedach po piec peczków szczecinek. Cechami charakterystycznymi glówki szczoteczki do zebów jest to, ze przednia platforma glówka szczoteczki ma zarys, na który sklada sie zaznaczone kolo usytuowane na górze glówki oraz eliptyczne jego przedluzenie odchodzace do dolu glówki. Wystajace do przodu z platformy glówki peczki szczecinek w obrebie kola platformy sa rozmieszczone równomiernie na dwóch wspólsrodkowych okregach, z tym, ze na zewnetrznym okregu, od strony eliptycznego przedluzenia wystepuje wiekszy odstep pomiedzy dwoma sasiednimi peczkami szczecinek. Na eliptycznym przedluzeniu peczki szczecinek sausytuowane w pieciu lukowych, wygietych wypuklo do dolu rzedach, przy czym w najnizszym, piatym rzedzie sa rozmieszczone cztery peczki szczecinek, a w pozostalych rzedach po piec peczków szczecinek. The essence of the industrial design is the new form of a toothbrush head in the shape and arrangement of lines. The toothbrush head is especially useful for electric toothbrushes. The pattern of the toothbrush head is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the head in front view, with the broken line marked with the transitional portion of the handle and the brush handle, Fig. 1A - the toothbrush head in an enlarged front view, Fig. 2 - the head in a right side view, Fig. 2A - the head in an enlarged view from the right side, Fig. 3 - the brush head in a top view, Fig. 4 - the brush head in a perspective right and front view. The toothbrush head is shaped like a lump with a platform on the front of the toothbrush, with a contour consisting of a marked circle at the top of the head and an elliptical extension extending to the bottom of the head. The head has bristle bundles protruding forward from the platform, where within the circle of the platform the bristle bundles are distributed evenly over two concentric circles, except that on the outer circle, on the side of the elliptical extension, there is a greater distance between two adjacent bundles of bristles. On the elliptical extension, the bristle bundles are arranged in five arched, convex downwardly curved rows, with four bundles of bristles in the lowest, fifth row, and five bundles of bristles in each of the remaining rows. The bristle tufts in the top two and fourth rows protrude shorter than the other rows, and the outermost bristle tufts in the top, first, third, and fifth rows are slanting out to the outside of the brush head platform, while all other bristle tufts are normal to brush head platforms. The characteristics of the toothbrush head are that the front platform of the brush head has a contour consisting of a marked circle at the top of the head and an elliptical extension extending to the bottom of the head. The bristle bundles protruding forward from the platform of the platform wheel within the platform wheel are evenly distributed on two concentric circles, however, on the outer circle, from the side of the elliptical extension, there is a greater distance between two adjacent bundles of bristles. On the elliptical extension, the bundles of bristles are sausitated in five arched, convex downwards rows, with four bundles of bristles in the lowest, fifth row, and five bundles of bristles in the remaining rows. The bristle tufts in the top two and fourth rows protrude shorter than the other rows, and the outermost bristle tufts in the top, first, third, and fifth rows are slanting out to the outside of the brush head platform, while all other bristle tufts are normal to brush head platform as shown in the attached drawing, Figures 1-4.
