Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.l przedstawia glowice elektrycznej szczotki do zebów w widoku perspektywicznym, fig.2- nastepna glowice elektrycznej szczotki do zebów w widoku perspektywicznym, fig.3- kolejna glowiceelektrycznej szczotki do zebów w widoku perspektywicznym, fig.4- glowica z fig.l w widoku z góry, fig.5- glowica z fig.l w widoku z boku, fig.6- glowica z fig.2 w widoku z góry, fig.7- glowica z fig.2 w widoku z boku, fig.8- glowica z fig.3 w widoku z góry, a fig.9- glowica z fig.3 w widoku z boku. Glowica elektrycznej szczotki do zebów wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, obejmujaca czesc górna w postaci dwóch plytek oddzielonych szczelina, z których jedna ma zarys kolisty, a druga pólowalny oraz czesc dolna, posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: czesc dolna, w widoku z góry, ma zarys figury powstalej z zestawienia dwóch trapezów równoramiennych z lukowatymi ramionami, a wlosie w kolistych peczkach znajdujace sie na plytce kolistej, ulozone jest na dwóch zarysach kolistych wokól centralnego peczka, przy czym peczki maja zróznicowana wysokosc i zakonczone sa poziomo, zas wlosie w kolistych peczkach znajdujace sie na plytce pólowalnej ulozone jest na pieciu zarysach lukowatych, przy czym peczki zakonczone sa ukosnie i tworza w widoku z boku zarys zabkowany, jak przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku, fig.l, fig.4 i fig.5. The subject of the industrial design is a head of an electric toothbrush. The novelty and individual character of the design is manifested in the shape of the head of the electric toothbrush. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which fig. 1 shows the head of an electric toothbrush in a perspective view, fig. 2 - the next head of an electric toothbrush in a perspective view, fig. 3 - the next head of an electric toothbrush in a perspective view, fig. 4 - the head of fig. 1 in a top view, fig. 5 - the head of fig. 1 in a side view, fig. 6 - the head of fig. 2 in a top view, fig. 7 - the head of fig. 2 in a side view, fig. 8 - the head of fig. 3 in a top view, and fig. 9 - the head of fig. 3 in a side view. The head of an electric toothbrush according to an industrial design, comprising an upper part in the form of two plates separated by a slot, one of which has a circular outline and the other a semi-oval outline, and a lower part, has the following essential features: the lower part, in a top view, has the outline of a figure resulting from the juxtaposition of two isosceles trapezoids with arcuate arms, and the bristles in circular tufts located on the circular plate are arranged on two circular outlines around a central tuft, the tufts being of varying heights and terminating horizontally, while the bristles in circular tufts located on the semi-oval plate are arranged on five arcuate outlines, the tufts terminating obliquely and forming a serrated outline in a side view, as shown in the attached drawing, Fig. 1, Fig. 4 and Fig. 5. The next head of an electric toothbrush according to the industrial design, comprising an upper part in the form of two adjacent plates, one of which has a circular outline and the other a semi-oval one, and a lower part, has the following essential features: the lower part, in a top view, has the outline of a figure resulting from the combination of two isosceles trapezoids with arcuate arms, and the bristles in circular tufts located on the circular plate are arranged on two circular outlines around the central tuft, wherein the tufts are of different heights and end horizontally, while the bristles in circular tufts located on the semi-oval plate are arranged on five arcuate outlines, wherein the tufts end obliquely and form a serrated outline in a side view, as shown in the attached drawing, fig. 2, fig. 6 and Fig. 7. Another industrial design electric toothbrush head, comprising a circular plate, has the following essential features: the bristles in circular tufts located outside the circular plate have a parabolic outline, with the tufts ending obliquely, as shown in the attached drawings, Fig. 3, Fig. 8 and Fig. 9.
