Pierwszenstwo od dnia 2 lipca 2002 r., nr 402 05 482.2 (Niemcy) Pojemnik srodka myjaco-dezynfekujacego szczotki toaletowej Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest pojemnik srodka myjaco- dezynfekujacego szczotki toaletowej, wykonany korzystnie z tworzywa sztucznego. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac pojemnika, przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie.Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych rysunkach, na których fig. 1 - przedstawia pojemnik w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 2 - ten sam pojemnik w widoku z tylu, fig. 3 - ten sam pojemnik w widoku z przodu, fig. 4 - ten sam pojemnik w widoku z jednego z boków, fig. 5 - ten sam pojemnik w widoku z góry, fig. 6 - ten sam pojemnik w widoku z dolu. Pojemnik srodka myjaco-dezynfekujacego szczotki toaletowej, przedstawiony na fig. 1 do fig. 6 ma w widoku z góry i z dolu ksztalt kola ze scietym bokiem z przodu pojemnika. Pojemnik jest zaopatrzony od strony scietego boku, w prostokatne wyciecie dochodzace do srodka pojemnika i zakonczone zaokraglonym bokiem. Wewnatrz wyciecia znajduje sie sprezysty uchwyt do osadzenia w nim trzonka szczotki toaletowej. Ponadto górna i dolna scianka pojemnika jest zaopatrzona w ksztaltowe otwory, przy czym w dolnej sciance otwory te maja postac waskich promieniowych szczelin, natomiast w sciance górnej maja one postac szczelin w ksztalcie malych pólkoli, zgrupowanych po trzy wzdluz promienia. Zarówno otwory górnej jak i dolnej scianki pojemnika sa na przemian przesuniete wzgledem siebie. Ponadto pojemnik jest zaopatrzony od dolu w cztery okragle wystepy. Priority from 2 July 2002, No. 402 05 482.2 (Germany) Container for a cleaning and disinfecting agent for a toilet brush The subject of the industrial design is a container for a cleaning and disinfecting agent for a toilet brush, preferably made of plastic. The essence of the design is the new form of the container, manifested in its shape. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawings, in which Fig. 1 shows the container in a perspective view, Fig. 2 shows the same container in a back view, Fig. 3 shows the same container in a front view, Fig. 4 shows the same container in a side view, Fig. 5 shows the same container in a top view, Fig. 6 shows the same container in a bottom view. The toilet brush cleaning and disinfecting agent container, shown in Figs. 1 to 6, has a circular shape in top and bottom views with a beveled side at the front of the container. The beveled side of the container is provided with a rectangular cutout extending to the center of the container and terminating in a rounded side. Inside the cutout is a resilient holder for mounting a toilet brush handle. Furthermore, the upper and lower walls of the container are provided with shaped openings. In the lower wall, these openings are in the form of narrow radial slits, while in the upper wall, they are in the form of small semicircular slits, grouped three at a time along the radius. Both the openings in the upper and lower walls of the container are alternately offset from each other. Furthermore, the container is provided with four circular projections at the bottom. Viewed from the side, back, and front, the container has the shape of a convex rectangle with rounded corners, while the front is provided with the cutout described above with a holder for the brush handle.
