Description

Butelka Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka. Istota wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie ksztalcie i ornamentyce butelki. 2 dno butelki ma wglebienie o ksztalcie lagodnej kopuly, w której centralnej czesci wykonano dodatkowe, niewielkie wglebienie. Cechami istotnymi wzoru przemyslowego sa; ornamentyka i ksztalt butelki, która od podstawy lagodnym lukiem rozszerza sie ku górze, by w odleglosci okolo 20 mm od podstawy utworzyc charakterystyczne obwodowe wglebienie o szerokosci okolo 4,5 mm, natomiast powyzej wglebienia az do okolo 5/6 wysokosci butelki jej boczne scianki sa równolegle wzgledem siebie, po czym tworza ponownie obwodowe wglebienie o szerokosci okolo 4,5 mm ponad którym, na dlugosci okolo 10 mm scianki butelki sa równolegle wzgledem siebie, po czym zwezaja sie ku szyjce tak, ze górna czesc butelki tworzy ksztalt stozka scietego.Fig.1Fig.2Fig.1 Fig.2 PLThe subject of the industrial design is a bottle. The essence of the industrial design is manifested in the shape and ornamentation of the bottle. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached collective photograph and, for better illustration, in figures: Fig. 1 and Fig. 2. The figures of the subject of the industrial design show the bottle in Fig. 1 - a front view, and in Fig. 2 - a bottle in perspective view. The bottle shown in Fig. 1 has a shape similar to a cylinder. Starting from the base, the bottle widens upward in a gentle arc, to form a characteristic circumferential recess, approximately 4.5 mm wide, at a distance of approximately 20 mm from the base. Above the recess, up to approximately 5/6 of the bottle's height, its side walls are parallel to each other, after which they again form a circumferential recess approximately 4.5 mm wide, identical to the one above the base. Above the recess, the bottle walls are parallel to each other for approximately 10 mm, after which they taper towards the neck, so that the upper part of the bottle forms a truncated cone. As shown in Fig. 2, the bottom of the bottle has a gently domed recess, with an additional, small recess in the central part. The essential features of the industrial design are: the ornamentation and shape of the bottle, which from the base widens upwards in a gentle arc to form a characteristic circumferential recess of approximately 4.5 mm in width at a distance of approximately 20 mm from the base, while above the recess up to approximately 5/6 of the height of the bottle, its side walls are parallel to each other, after which they again form a circumferential recess of approximately 4.5 mm in width, above which, for a length of approximately 10 mm, the bottle walls are parallel to each other, after which they narrow towards the neck so that the upper part of the bottle forms the shape of a truncated cone.
