Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka , zwlaszcza do napojów alkoholowych. Butelka wedlug wzoru przemyslowego wyróznia sie w stosunku do znanych i stosowanych w obrocie gospodarczym butelek nowym i oryginalnym uksztaltowaniem przestrzennym oraz jej zdobieniem . Butelka wedlug wzoru przemyslowego ma korpus w postaci wydluzonego walca, którego wysokosc równa sie w przyblizeniu trzykrotnej jego srednicy . Korpus butelki posiada u góry wyoblone zwienczenie zakonczone centralnie osadzona na nim dwustopniowa szyjka. Dolny odcinek szyjki butelki ma postac krótkiego walca , zas górny odcinek -dluzszy od dolnego ma postac stozkowa i zakonczony jest gwintem osadczym . Na powierzchni górnego wyoblonego zwienczenia znajduje sie element zdobniczy w postaci stylizowanej tarczy herbowej z umieszczona na niej korona i zwisajacymi po bokach wstegami. Wewnatrz stylizowanej tarczy herbowej znajduje sie stylizowany ozdobny symbol literniczy „ AS" , przy czym litera „ A " umieszczona jest z lewej strony i nieco powyzej litery „ S ". Na powierzchni denka butelki znajduja sie rozpisane na okregu i naprzeciwlegle napisy „ ALCOSPIRIT " oraz „ MODELE DEPOSE "Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego pokazany zostal na zalaczonej ilustracji , na której fig. 1 przedstawia butelke w widoku czolowym , zas fig. 2 przedstawia denko butelki. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego stanowi dwustopniowa szyjka butelki , której dolny odcinek ma postac krótkiego walca, zas górny odcinek-dluzszy od dolnego ma postac stozkowa i zakonczony jest gwintem osadczym , jak i umieszczony na powierzchni górnego wyoblonego zwienczenia element zdobniczy w postaci stylizo- wanej tarczy herbowej z umieszczona na niej korona i zwisajacymi po bokach wstegami oraz umieszczonym wewnatrz stylizowanym symbolem literniczym „ AS Ceche istotna wzoru przemyslowego stanowia równiez umieszczone na denku butelki naprzeciwlegle napisy „ ALCOSPIRIT " oraz „ MODELE DEPOSE "Ja k pokazano na zalaczonej ilustracji fig. 1 i fig. 2 .Fig. 1 Fig. 2 PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a bottle, particularly for alcoholic beverages. The industrial design bottle stands out from other bottles known and used in commerce with its new and original spatial shape and decoration. The industrial design bottle has a body in the form of an elongated cylinder, the height of which is approximately three times its diameter. The bottle body has a rounded top with a centrally mounted two-step neck. The lower section of the bottle neck is in the form of a short cylinder, while the upper section, longer than the lower section, is conical and terminates with a threaded insert. The surface of the upper rounded top features a decorative element in the form of a stylized coat of arms with a crown placed on it and ribbons hanging from the sides. Inside the stylized coat of arms there is a stylized decorative letter symbol "AS", with the letter "A" placed on the left side and slightly above the letter "S". On the surface of the bottom of the bottle there are opposite inscriptions "ALCOSPIRIT" and "MODELE DEPOSE" written in a circle. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustration, in which Fig. 1 shows the bottle in a frontal view, while Fig. 2 shows the bottom of the bottle. The essential features of the industrial design are a two-stage bottle neck, the lower section of which is in the form of a short cylinder, while the upper section - longer than the lower one - is conical and finished with a threaded insert, as well as a decorative element in the form of a stylized coat of arms placed on the surface of the upper, rounded finial with a crown placed on it and ribbons hanging on the sides and a stylized letter symbol "AS" placed inside. An essential feature of the industrial design is also the opposite inscriptions "ALCOSPIRIT" and "MODELE DEPOSE" placed on the bottom of the bottle, as shown in the attached illustrations Fig. 1 and Fig. 2.
