Zglaszany do ochrony wzór przemyslowy przedstawiony zostal na ilustracji fig. 1 , natomiast fig. 2 przedstawia jej kolejna postac, tj. odmiane wzoru przemyslowego, przy czym zarówno butelka jak i jej odmiana przedstawione zostaly od strony frontowej w widoku perspektywicznym. Wykaz odmian wzoru przemyslowego: 1) butelka - fig. 1 , 2) barwna butelka - fig. 2. Cecha istotna wzoru przemyslowego przedstawionego na ilustracji fig. 1 - butelki - jest to, ze: — jej korpus, tj. zasadnicza czesc butelki, posiada ksztalt splaszczonego walca, który w srodkowej czesci posiada boczne przewezenie, przy czym — srodkowa czesc frontowej i analogicznej tylnej powierzchni korpusu jest nieco wklesla w stosunku do powierzchni dolnej i górnej czesci korpusu butelki, i ograniczona lukowata linia, wygieta w górnej czesci butelki - do góry, natomiast w dolnej czesci butelki - do dolu; — z przodu i na analogicznej tylnej czesci butelki - w jej górnej czesci - umieszczony zostal ozdobny, fantazyjny motyw wykonany z galazek z liscmi; — korpus butelki w górnej czesci przechodzi w zamkniecie butelki, przy czym — zamkniecie w dolnej czesci posiada ksztalt scietego lejka, którego dolny przekrój odpowiada srednicy górnej czesci korpusu butelki, natomiast górna czesc zamkniecia posiada zasadniczo ksztalt niskiego walca ulegajacego dodatkowemu przewezeniu na górnej powierzchni; — w dolnej czesci powierzchnia korpusu butelki ulega stopniowemu zwezeniu i przechodzi w podstawe butelki. Do ochrony zglaszana jest forma przestrzenna wzoru bez oznaczania kolorów.- 2 - Cecha istotna odmiany wzoru przemyslowego przedstawionej na ilustracji fig. 2 - barwnej butelki - jest to, ze: — jej korpus, tj. zasadnicza czesc butelki, posiada ksztalt splaszczonego walca, który w srodkowej czesci posiada boczne przewezenie, przy czym — srodkowa czesc frontowej i analogicznej tylnej powierzchni korpusu jest nieco wklesla w stosunku do powierzchni dolnej i górnej czesci korpusu butelki, i ograniczona lukowata linia, wygieta w górnej czesci butelki - do góry, natomiast w dolnej czesci butelki - do dolu; — z przodu i na analogicznej tylnej czesci butelki - w jej górnej czesci - umieszczony zostal ozdobny, fantazyjny motyw wykonany z galazek z liscmi; — korpus butelki w górnej czesci przechodzi w zamkniecie butelki, przy czym — zanikniecie w dolnej czesci posiada ksztalt scietego lejka, którego dolny przekrój odpowiada srednicy górnej czesci korpusu butelki, natomiast górna czesc zamkniecia posiada zasadniczo ksztalt niskiego walca ulegajacego dodatkowemu przewezeniu na górnej powierzchni; — w dolnej czesci powierzchnia korpusu butelki ulega stopniowemu zwezeniu i przechodzi w podstawe butelki; — przedmiotowa odmiana wzoru wykonana jest w kolorze czerwonym.Fig. 1 Fig. 2 PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PLThe industrial design covers a bottle and its variant, intended for storing liquid foodstuffs in particular. The industrial design submitted for protection is shown in Figure 1, while Figure 2 shows another form of the industrial design, with both the bottle and its variant shown from the front in a perspective view. List of varieties of the industrial design: 1) bottle - fig. 1 , 2) colored bottle - fig. 2. An essential feature of the industrial design shown in illustration fig. 1 - a bottle - is that: — its body, i.e. the main part of the bottle, has the shape of a flattened cylinder, which has a lateral narrowing in its central part, wherein — the central part of the front and the corresponding rear surface of the body is slightly concave in relation to the surface of the lower and upper part of the bottle body, and is limited by an arcuate line, bent upwards in the upper part of the bottle, while downwards in the lower part of the bottle; — on the front and on the corresponding rear part of the bottle - in its upper part - there is a decorative, fanciful motif made of twigs with leaves; — the bottle body in its upper part passes into the bottle closure, wherein — the closure in its lower part has the shape of a truncated funnel, the lower cross-section of which corresponds to the diameter of the upper part of the bottle body, while the upper part of the closure has essentially the shape of a low cylinder that is additionally narrowed on the upper surface; — in the lower part, the surface of the bottle body gradually narrows and passes into the base of the bottle. The protection is applied for in the three-dimensional form of the design without designating the colours.- 2 - An essential feature of the industrial design variant shown in Fig. 2 - a coloured bottle - is that: - its body, i.e. the main part of the bottle, has the shape of a flattened cylinder, which has a lateral narrowing in its central part, wherein - the central part of the front and the corresponding rear surface of the body is slightly concave in relation to the surface of the lower and upper part of the bottle body, and is limited by an arcuate line, bent upwards in the upper part of the bottle, while downwards in the lower part of the bottle; - on the front and on the corresponding rear part of the bottle - in its upper part - a decorative, fanciful motif made of twigs with leaves is placed; — the bottle body in its upper part merges into the bottle closure, wherein — the closure in its lower part has the shape of a truncated funnel, the lower cross-section of which corresponds to the diameter of the upper part of the bottle body, while the upper part of the closure has essentially the shape of a low cylinder that is additionally narrowed on the upper surface; — in the lower part, the surface of the bottle body gradually narrows and merges into the base of the bottle; — the design variant in question is made in red.
