Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego zdobniczego jest wyrób szklany, szczególnie ze zdobieniem na dnie od spodu w postaci kierka, wytworzony metoda recznego lub mechanicznego formowania, przeznaczony do uzytku domowego lub w gastronomii. Znany jest wyrób szklany - np. szklanka, karafka, salaterka - z polskiego opisu wzoru przemyslowego w ksztalcie bryly obrotowej utworzonej z grubosciennego dna i powierzchni bocznej oraz znane jest zdobienie hutnicze w postaci kierka w dnie. Nowosc wzoru przemyslowego zdobniczego polega na oryginalnym ksztalcie kierka w dnie od spodu wyrobu szklanego. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniono na dwóch rysunkach: Fig. 1 – szklanka w przekroju Fig. 2 – szklanka w widoku od dolu Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego zdobniczego to oryginalny ksztalt kierka w dnia od spodu wyrobu szklanego. Kierek ma postac pólkuli wzdluz osi wyrobu z charakterystycznymi rowkami w ksztalcie polaczonych szesciokatów przypominajacy „pilke nozna". Iloraz srednicy kierka do srednicy dna wyrobu wynosi 0,6. A glass product—e.g., a glass, carafe, or salad bowl—is known from the Polish industrial design description as a solid of revolution formed by a thick-walled bottom and side surface. A known metallurgical decoration is a heart-shaped bottom decoration. The novelty of the ornamental industrial design lies in the original heart-shaped bottom decoration of the glass product. The subject of the industrial design is shown in two drawings: Fig. 1 – cross-section of the glass; Fig. 2 – bottom view of the glass. The essential features of the ornamental industrial design include the original heart-shaped bottom decoration of the glass product. The heart has the form of a hemisphere along the axis of the product with characteristic grooves in the shape of connected hexagons resembling a "football". The ratio of the heart diameter to the diameter of the bottom of the product is 0.6.
