The industrial design has a utilitarian function, it is used for drinking hot and cold beverages. The essence of the industrial design and its varieties is its shape. The illustrations of the industrial design consist of four views from different directions. Essential features of the industrial design, which distinguish the submitted design from other, already known designs and constitute the basis for its identification by the shape of the left and right side surfaces, which have two recesses towards their base in the shape of semicircles, which imitate wheels. These wheels perform the function of ornamentation. The industrial design has one rectangular handle in the middle of one side surface, which is used to lift the subject design. The four edges from the base upwards are widened. The industrial design has the features of a novelty and originality of the design in relation to objects known to the applicant, most similar in form.
