Produkt charakteryzuje sie nowa i indywidualna postacia, nadana mu przez ksztalt, strukture oraz wykorzystany material. Produkt bedacy przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego powstaje na skutek poddania miodu wplywowi temperatury i dzieki temu umozliwieniu formowania z niego latwo rozpuszczalnych kulek. Ze wzgledu na zastosowany rodzaj miodu i wykorzystywana forme oraz jej strukture, uklad linii i ornamentacji – miód w postaci kulki posiada fakture z tloczeniami i wzorami w plastry miodu. The product is characterized by a new and unique form, given to it by its shape, structure, and the materials used. The product subject to the industrial design is created by subjecting honey to temperature, thereby enabling the formation of easily soluble beads. Due to the type of honey used, the form used, and its structure, the arrangement of lines, and ornamentation, the honey in the form of a bead has a texture with embossed and honeycomb patterns. The industrial design is illustrated in Figure 1, which depicts honey in the form of a bead with honeycomb embossing.
