Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest miód w postaci kulek, przeznaczony do rozpuszczania w napojach, analogicznie jak kostki cukru. Produkt charakteryzuje sie nowa i indywidualna postacia, nadana mu przez ksztalt, strukture oraz wykorzystany material. Produkt bedacy przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego powstaje na skutek poddania miodu wplywowi temperatury i dzieki temu umozliwieniu formowania z niego latwo rozpuszczalnych kulek. Ze wzgledu na zastosowany rodzaj miodu i wykorzystywana forme oraz jej strukture, uklad linii i ornamentacji – miód w postaci kulki posiada fakture z tloczeniami i wzorami w plastry miodu. The product is characterized by a new and individual form, given to it by its shape, structure and material used. The product that is the subject of an industrial design is created by exposing honey to temperature, thereby enabling it to form easily soluble balls. Due to the type of honey used and the form used and its structure, arrangement of lines and ornamentation - honey in the form of a ball has a texture with embossing and honeycomb patterns. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the drawing - Fig. 1 shows honey in the form of a ball with honeycomb embossing.
