Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest wyrób piekarniczy, a w szczególnosci chleb. Istota wzoru jest nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie oraz ukladzie zdobien. Przedmiot wzoru przedstawiono na rysunku, gdzie fig. 1 przedstawia wyrób piekarniczy w od- mianie pierwszej, fig. 2 przedstawia wyrób piekarniczy w odmianie drugiej, fig. 3 przedstawia wyrób piekarniczy w odmianie trzeciej, zas fig. 4 przedstawia wyrób piekarniczy w odmianie czwartej. W odmianie pierwszej wyrób piekarniczy wedlug wzoru ma postac jednolitego owalnego bo- chenka, na którego górnej powierzchni uksztaltowany jest napis TELEGRAF wykonany z ciasta. Boczne powierzchnie bochenka posiadaja podluzne zdobienia w postaci obwodowych poziomych pasów odcisnietych na powierzchni bocznej bochenka, a calosc chleba ma niejednorodny kolor wy- pieczonego pieczywa posypanego maka jak pokazano na fig. 1. W odmianie drugiej wyrób piekarniczy wedlug wzoru ma postac jednolitego owalnego bochen- ka, na którego górnej powierzchni uksztaltowany jest napis TELEGRAF wykonany z ciasta jak poka- zano na fig. 2. The essence of the design is the new form of the product, manifested in its shape and arrangement of ornaments. The subject of the design is shown in the drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the first version of the bakery product, Fig. 2 shows the second version of the bakery product, Fig. 3 shows the third version of the bakery product, and Fig. 4 shows the fourth version of the bakery product. In the first version, the bakery product, according to the design, takes the form of a uniform oval loaf, on the upper surface of which the inscription "TELEGRAF" is shaped from dough. The side surfaces of the loaf have longitudinal decorations in the form of circumferential horizontal stripes impressed on the side surface of the loaf, and the whole bread has a non-uniform color of baked bread sprinkled with flour as shown in Fig. 1. In the second variant, the bakery product according to the pattern has the form of a uniform oval loaf, on the upper surface of which the inscription TELEGRAF is shaped from dough as shown in Fig. 2. In the third variant, the bakery product according to the pattern has the form of a uniform rectangular loaf, on the upper surface of which the inscription TELEGRAF is shaped from dough as shown in Fig. 3. In the fourth variant, the bakery product according to the pattern has the form of a uniform round loaf, on the upper surface of which the inscription TELEGRAF is shaped from dough as shown in Fig. 4. Essential features of the industrial design: I. In the first variant, the bakery product according to the pattern is characterized in that: 1. it has the form of a uniform oval loaf, on the upper surface of which the inscription TELEGRAF is shaped, made of dough 2. the side surfaces of the loaf have longitudinal decorations in the form of circumferential horizontal stripes impressed on the side surface of the loaf, and the whole bread has a non-uniform color of baked bread sprinkled with flour as shown in Fig. 1. In the second variant, the bakery product according to the pattern is characterized in that: 1. it has the form of a uniform oval loaf, on the upper surface of which the inscription TELEGRAF is shaped, made of dough as shown in Fig. 2. In the third variant, the bakery product according to the pattern is characterized in that: 1. it has the form of a uniform rectangular loaf, on the upper surface of which the inscription TELEGRAF is shaped, made of dough as shown in Fig. 3.
