Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest kanister przeznaczony do stosowania jako opakowa- nie plynnych produktów chemii motoryzacyjnej, chemii budowlanej, chemii gospodarczej lub kosmety- ków takich jak mydlo w plynie. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac kanistra nadana jej w szczególnosci przez cechy linii, konturów, ksztaltów i uksztaltowania powierzchni. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na ilustracji, na której: fig. 1 – kanister w widoku z lewego boku, fig. 2 – kanister w widoku z dolu, fig. 3 – kanister w widoku z góry, fig. 4 – kanister w widoku z przodu, fig. 5 – kanister w widoku z tylu. Kanister jest to bryla, która ma ksztalt prostopadloscianu. Kanister zaopatrzony jest w uchwyt utworzony z wyciecia o ksztalcie trapezoidalnym, przy czym z obu stron uchwyt zespolony jest z górna czescia korpusu kanistra. W dolnej czesci korpusu kanistra znajduja sie trzy podluzne wglebienia rów- nolegle do krótszego boku podstawy kanistra. W pionowych krawedziach kanistra znajduja sie wzdluzne wglebienia. U góry kanister posiada szyjke zaopatrzona w gwint. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego 1. Kanister jest to bryla, która ma ksztalt prostopadloscianu. 2. Kanister zaopatrzony jest w uchwyt utworzony z wyciecia o ksztalcie trapezoidalnym, przy czym z obu stron uchwyt zespolony jest z górna czescia korpusu kanistra. 3. W dolnej czesci korpusu kanistra znajduja sie trzy podluzne wglebienia równolegle do krótszego boku podstawy kanistra. 4. W pionowych krawedziach kanistra znajduja sie wzdluzne wglebienia. 5. The essence of the design is the canister's new and unique form, given in particular by the features of lines, contours, shapes, and surface finish. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the illustration, in which: Fig. 1 – canister viewed from the left side, Fig. 2 – canister viewed from below, Fig. 3 – canister viewed from above, Fig. 4 – canister viewed from the front, Fig. 5 – canister viewed from the back. The canister is a rectangular solid. The canister is equipped with a handle formed by a trapezoidal cutout, with the handle being integrated with the upper part of the canister body on both sides. The lower part of the canister body has three longitudinal recesses parallel to the shorter side of the canister base. The vertical edges of the canister have longitudinal recesses. At the top, the canister has a threaded neck. Essential features of the industrial design: 1. The canister is a solid object in the shape of a cuboid. 2. The canister is equipped with a handle formed by a trapezoidal cutout, with the handle connected to the upper part of the canister body on both sides. 3. The lower part of the canister body has three longitudinal recesses parallel to the shorter side of the canister base. 4. The vertical edges of the canister have longitudinal recesses. 5.
