Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest pokrywka zwlaszcza na pojemniki z tworzyw sztucz- nych, stosowanych jak opakowania do takich produktów jak róznego rodzaju salatki, ryby, przetwory miesne i inne przetwory spozywcze. Pokrywka wedlug wzoru przemyslowego przedstawiona jest na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia pokrywke w widoku z boku, a fig. 2 pokrywke w widoku od spodu. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego, w odniesieniu do znanych pokrywek tego typu, przejawia- ja sie w ksztalcie, pokrywka ma ksztalt wydrazonej bryly przestrzennej, w postaci kwadratu o zaokra- glonych bokach. Przy czym jeden z boków krótszych na charakterystyczne, lukowe wybrzuszenie do wewnatrz, umozliwiajace pewne zamkniecie pojemnika. The lid according to the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the lid from the side, and Fig. 2 shows the lid from the bottom. The essential features of the industrial design, in relation to known lids of this type, are manifest in its shape; the lid is in the shape of a hollow three-dimensional solid, in the form of a square with rounded sides. One of the shorter sides has a characteristic, arched inward bulge, enabling the container to be securely closed.
