Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka z tworzywa sztucznego przeznaczona zwlasz- cza do umieszczania w niej srodków antykorozyjnych, myjacych, czyszczacych, dezodoryzujacych, bakteriobójczych i dezynfekcyjnych oraz do rozprowadzania ich w handlu. Istota wzoru jest nowa, nadajaca sie do wielokrotnego odtwarzania, forma zewnetrzna butelki, która w odniesieniu do znanych wczesniej opakowan przejawia sie w szczególnosci w oryginalnym jej uksztaltowaniu, zwlaszcza szyjki butelki. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonej fotografii i rysunkach, na któ- rym fig. 1 - przedstawia butelke w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 2 - przedstawia butelke w widoku z boku z napisem VOIGT, fig. 3 - przedstawia butelke w widoku z boku z wglebieniami na palce, fig. 4 - przedstawia butelke w widoku z boku z oznaczeniem miary, fig. 5 - przedstawia widok dna butelki, a fig. 6 - przedstawia szyjke butelki. Butelka wedlug niniejszego wzoru przemyslowego ma nastepujace cechy istotne: Jedna scianka szyjki butelki jest wklesle w trzech jednakowych miejscach splaszczona owalnie dla polepszenia uchwytu palcami, na szyjce butelki w drugim miejscu jest umieszczony wytloczony napis VOIGT i w kolejnym miejscu na szyjce znajduje sie trójkatne przetloczenie i oznaczenie pojem- nosci butelki. Dno butelki ma ksztalt wklesnietego okregu, a wylew ma ksztalt okragly, dostosowany do zamocowania aplikatora, jak uwidoczniono na zalaczonych fotografiach i rysunkach fig. 1, fig. 2, fig. 3, fig. 4, fig. 5 i fig. 6. The essence of the design is the new, reproducible external form of the bottle, which, compared to previously known packaging, manifests itself in its original shape, particularly the bottle neck. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached photograph and drawings, in which Fig. 1 shows the bottle in a perspective view, Fig. 2 shows the bottle in a side view with the inscription VOIGT, Fig. 3 shows the bottle in a side view with finger recesses, Fig. 4 shows the bottle in a side view with a measurement marking, Fig. 5 shows the bottom of the bottle, and Fig. 6 shows the bottle neck. The bottle according to this industrial design has the following essential features: One wall of the bottle neck is concave in three identical places and flattened ovally to improve finger grip; the bottle neck has an embossed VOIGT inscription in a second place; and in another place on the neck there is a triangular embossing and the bottle capacity marking.
