Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przeznaczeniem w/w wzoru przemyslowego sa: mydla w plynie, szampony do wlosów, zele pod prysznic. Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest pojemnik z tworzywa sztucznego PET w ksztalcie pekatej butelki zakonczony u góry walcowa nagwintowana szyjka (Fig. 1). Nowa i oryginalna postac wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w jego ksztalcie, charakterystycznym wzorze liscia na przedniej i tylnej sciance butelki u góry po prawej stronie (Fig. 2). Pojemnik z tworzywa sztucznego pn. Butelka z lisciem ma ksztalt zblizony do owalnego, z wyraznymi duzymi, dwoma wglebieniami po obu stronach butelki (Fig. 3). Butelka posiada jednakowo uksztaltowane, symetryczne powierzchnie sciany przedniej i tylnej, na których w czesci górnej prawej znajduje sie charakterystyczny relief liscia (Fig. 4). Dno butelki jest oznaczone znakiem PET oraz znakiem BLUX, oraz cyfra 1 (Fig. 5). Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego 1. Pojemnik z tworzywa sztucznego pn. „Butelka z lisciem" ma ksztalt zblizony do owalnego, z wyraznymi duzymi, dwoma wglebieniami po obu stronach butelki o ksztalcie zblizonym do owalu. 2. The industrial design is a PET plastic container in the shape of a bulging bottle with a cylindrical threaded neck at the top (Fig. 1). The new and original form of the industrial design is evident in its shape, featuring a distinctive leaf pattern on the front and back walls of the bottle at the top right (Fig. 2). The plastic container, titled "Bottle with a Leaf," has a roughly oval shape, with two distinct, large recesses on both sides of the bottle (Fig. 3). The bottle has identically shaped, symmetrical surfaces on the front and back walls, with a distinctive leaf relief on the top right (Fig. 4). The bottom of the bottle is marked with the PET mark, the BLUX mark, and the number 1 (Fig. 5). Essential features of the industrial design 1.
