Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest wiadro gospodarcze, znajdujace zastosowanie przy wykonywaniu róznorodnych prac w gospodarstwie domowym, przede wszystkim podczas prac porzadkowych. Wiadro gospodarcze jest tez przydatne w przemysle, glównie w budownictwie, w rolnictwie i w innych dziedzinach. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez ksztalt, cechy linii, kontury, kolorystke, material oraz ornamentacje. Wytwór nadaje sie do wielokrotnego odtwarzania. Przedmiot wzoru zostal przedstawiony na zalaczonych fotografiach, na których fig. 1 - prezentuje wiadro w widoku ogólnym z boku i od frontu, fig. 2 - uwidacznia wiadro w widoku z góry, natomiast fig. 3 - pokazuje wiadro zaopatrzone w pokrywe. Wiadro gospodarcze, zgodnie ze wzorem przemyslowym jest wykonane z tworzyw sztucznych i przeznaczone do odtwarzania w sposób przemyslowy lub rzemieslniczy. Wglebienie ma zarys fragmentu kola. Ulatwia ono chwytanie wiadra i jego przytrzymywanie podczas napelniania lub oprózniania z zawartosci. Na wewnetrznej sciance wiadra znajduje sie podzialka litrowa. Górna krawedz wiadra jest wywinieta na zewnatrz tworzac u góry obwodowy kolnierz. Zewnetrzna scianka kolnierza jest wyprofilowana lukowo. Pomiedzy spodem kolnierza a scianka wiadra sa rozmieszczone równomiernie na obwodzie usztywniajace zebra. Wiadro posiada uchwyt w formie lukowo wyprofilowanego palaka, nieco rozszerzonego posrodku, utworzonego z poprzecznych listew polaczonych miedzy soba prostopadla do nich scianka. Elementem uzupelniajacym wyposazenie wiadra jest pokrywa z krawedzia uksztaltowana w formie odwzorowujacej ksztalt kolnierza wiadra. Powierzchnia pokrywy poza krawedzia z kolnierzem jest wglebiona i ozdobiona obwodowym rowkiem. The utility bucket is also useful in industry, primarily in construction, agriculture, and other fields. The essence of the design is the new and unique form of the product, given to it by the shape, line features, contours, colors, materials, and ornamentation. The product is suitable for multiple reproduction. The subject of the design is shown in the attached photographs, in which Fig. 1 shows the bucket in a general view from the side and front, Fig. 2 shows the bucket from above, and Fig. 3 shows the bucket with a lid. According to the industrial design, the utility bucket is made of plastic and intended for reproduction in an industrial or craftsmanship manner. Significant features of the industrial design: The essential features of the industrial design, presented in the attached photographs (Fig. 1, Fig. 2, and Fig. 3), include the bucket's shape, which flares upward and is open inside. The side wall of the bucket has a recess at the bottom, below which it connects to the bottom. The bottom edge is arched. The bottom is partially recessed on the outside, creating a convex interior. This recess has the shape of a fragment of a circle. This makes it easier to grip and hold the bucket when filling or emptying its contents. The inner wall of the bucket features a liter scale. The top edge of the bucket is turned outward, creating a circumferential collar at the top. The outer wall of the collar is arc-shaped. Ribs are evenly spaced around the circumference between the underside of the collar and the bucket wall. The bucket has a handle in the form of an arc-shaped bow, slightly widened in the middle, made of cross-slats connected by a perpendicular wall. The bucket is complemented by a lid with an edge shaped to replicate the shape of the bucket collar. The surface of the lid beyond the edge with the collar is recessed and decorated with a circumferential groove.
