Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytwo- ru, nadana mu przez cechy linii, konturów i ksztaltów. Smiglo moze byc wytworzone w sposób przemyslowy lub rzemieslniczy z wszelkich materialów znajdujacych zastosowanie w lotnictwie. The essence of the industrial design is a new and individual form of the product, given to it by the features of lines, contours and shapes. The propeller may be manufactured industrially or by hand from any materials used in aviation. The subject of the design is shown in the attached drawings Fig. 1; Fig. 2; Fig. 3; Fig. 4; Fig. 5, in which Fig. 1 shows the propeller in a front view, Fig. 2 shows the propeller in a rear view, Fig. 3 shows the propeller in a side view, Fig. 4 shows the outline of the lower surface of half of the propeller, Fig. 5 shows the outline of the upper surface of half of the propeller. Essential features of the industrial design. The essential features of the industrial design include its appearance, the shape of the propeller, i.e. the very developed area 2 of the hub 1 (resembling a semicircle), and the very narrow further part of the propeller, manifested in straight lines, evenly converging towards the tip of the propeller, the shape of the hub 1 and also the specially shaped tips of the propeller 3.
