Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez cechy linii, konturów, ksztaltów, strukture i material. Butelka, wedlug wzoru przemyslowego nadaje sie do wielokrotnego odtwarzania. The essence of the design is the product's new and unique form, imparted by the characteristics of lines, contours, shapes, structure, and materials. The bottle, according to the industrial design, is suitable for multiple reproductions. The industrial design is presented in the attached drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the container from the front, and Fig. 2 from the bottom. The industrial design is also presented in the attached photograph, Fig. 3, illustrating a general front view of the container. The container, according to the industrial design, is made of glass. It can also be made of plastic. Essential Features of the Industrial Design The essential features of the industrial design shown in the attached drawings, fig. 1 , fig. 2 and in the photograph, fig. 3 - include that the container is shaped in the form of a cylinder-like body closed at the bottom2, the side wall 1 of which converges downwards. At the bottom, the side wall 1 turns into a diagonally cut circumferential base 2_, connecting to a concave bottom 3 located in the centre.
