Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest pojemnik znicza przeznaczony do umieszczania w nim wkladu znicza. Pojemnik wedlug wzoru moze miec uniwersalne zastosowanie, oprócz wykorzystania do znicza nagrobkowego, moze sluzyc takze jako inny pojemnik. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie pojem- nika oraz wystroju powierzchni korpusu. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego przedstawiony jest na rysunku, na którym fig. 1 pokazuje po- jemnik znicza w widoku z przodu, fig. 2 – pojemnik znicza w widoku z tylu, fig. 3 – pojemnik znicza w widoku bocznym, fig. 4 – pojemnik znicza w drugim widoku bocznym, fig. 5 – pojemnik w widoku z góry. Pojemnik znicza wedlug wzoru przemyslowego utworzony jest z korpusu zakonczonego od góry glówka, na która mozna nalozyc pokrywke, a od dolu podstawa. Korpus w widoku ogólnym ma postac bryly o dwóch plaskich i równoleglych wzgledem siebie scianach, przedniej i tylnej oraz dwóch scia- nach bocznych o nieregularnych ksztaltach. Sciana przednia w widoku z przodu ma zarys zblizony do konturów mapy Polski. Glówka pojemnika jest okragla, a podstawa ma postac niskiego walca z obwo- dowym wybrzuszeniem. W widoku z góry pojemnik znicza ma ksztalt zblizony do prostokata o krót- szych bokach, kazdy utworzony z dwóch nachylonych odcinków stykajacych sie w osi podluznej po- jemnika. W czesci centralnej pola prostokata widnieje okrag stanowiacy glówke pojemnika. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego: Pojemnik znicza utworzony z korpusu zakonczonego od góry glówka, a od dolu podstawa cha- rakteryzuje sie tym, ze: 1. Korpus w widoku ogólnym ma postac bryly o dwóch plaskich i równoleglych wzgledem siebie scianach, przedniej i tylnej oraz dwóch scianach bocznych o nieregularnych ksztaltach. The container according to the design can be universally used; in addition to being used as a grave candle, it can also serve as another container. The essence of the industrial design is the new form of the object, manifested in the shape of the container and the surface decoration of the body. The industrial design is presented in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the grave candle container from the front, Fig. 2 – the grave candle container from the back, Fig. 3 – the grave candle container from a side view, Fig. 4 – the grave candle container from another side view, Fig. 5 – the container from above. The grave candle container according to the industrial design is composed of a body with a head at the top, to which a lid can be placed, and a base at the bottom. The body, in general view, has the form of a solid with two flat, parallel walls, a front and a rear, and two irregularly shaped side walls. The front wall, in front view, has an outline similar to the outline of a map of Poland. The container's head is round, and the base is a low cylinder with a circumferential bulge. In top view, the candle holder has a shape similar to a rectangle with shorter sides, each formed by two inclined sections meeting along the container's longitudinal axis. In the central part of the rectangle, a circle appears, constituting the container's head. Essential features of the industrial design: A grave candle container, composed of a body terminated by a head at the top and a base at the bottom, is characterized by the following: 1. In a general view, the body has the form of a solid with two flat and parallel walls: a front and a back, and two irregularly shaped side walls. The front wall, viewed from the front, has an outline similar to the outline of a map of Poland. 2. The head of the container is round, and the base is in the form of a low cylinder with a circumferential bulge. 3. In a top view, the grave candle container has a shape similar to a rectangle with shorter sides, each formed by two inclined sections meeting along the longitudinal axis of the container.
