Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka, wykonana z tworzywa sztucznego (polietylenu HDPE) o elastycznych sciankach zamykana od góry zakretka. Butelka ta znajduje zastosowanie jako opakowanie srodków plynnych i sypkich w przemysle chemii gospodarczej, kosmetycznej czy budowlanej oraz kosmetyki samochodowej. Sluzy do pakowania, magazynowania, przechowywania i transportowania dowolnych plynów i materialów sypkich. Istote rozwiazania stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie butelki, ukladzie linii zarysu i wlasciwosciach estetycznych ksztaltu. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych rysunkach na których fig. 1 przedstawia widok butelki od strony zakretki, fig. 2 – widok dna butelki, fig. 3 – widok boku butelki pod etykiete, fig. 4 i fig. 5 – widok butelki od strony pochwytów oraz fig. 6 – widok perspektywiczny calego przedmiotu. Cecha wyrózniajaca zglaszanego wzoru przemyslowego jest to, ze korpus ma ksztalt splaszczonej bryly o owalnym zarysie góry o wygladzie kopuly z usytuowana posrodku cylindryczna, nagwintowana szyjka (fig. 1) oraz dna z zaokraglonymi krawedziami i wymodelowanym wglebieniem (fig. 2). Charakterystyczna cecha jest widok scianek bocznych wzoru z ergonomicznym a zarazem estetycznym wcieciem pod górna czescia butelki w której usytuowana jest szyjka (zaznaczenie na fig. 3, fig. 5 i fig. 6). Wciecie to powoduje w trakcie uzywania opakowania pewny chwyt przedmiotu a zarazem stanowi jego ozdobe. This bottle is used for packaging liquids and bulk products in the household chemicals, cosmetics, construction products, and automotive cosmetics industries. It is used for packaging, storing, and transporting all types of liquids and bulk materials. The essence of the solution is a new form of the product, manifested in the bottle's shape, the arrangement of the outline lines, and the aesthetic properties of its shape. The industrial design is illustrated in the attached drawings, in which Fig. 1 shows a view of the bottle from the cap side, Fig. 2 – a view of the bottle's bottom, Fig. 3 – a view of the bottle's side under the label, Fig. 4 and Fig. 5 – a view of the bottle from the handle side, and Fig. 6 – a perspective view of the entire product. The distinctive feature of the submitted industrial design is that the body is a flattened solid with an oval, dome-like top and a central cylindrical, threaded neck (fig. 1) and a bottom with rounded edges and a modeled recess (fig. 2). A distinctive feature is the view of the side walls of the design, which feature an ergonomic and aesthetically pleasing indentation under the top of the bottle, where the neck is located (marked in fig. 3, fig. 5, and fig. 6). This indentation provides a secure grip when using the packaging and also serves as its decoration. On the opposite wall there is a recess intended for a bottle handle (fig. 4).
