Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest uchwyt meblowy dwupunktowy, wykonany korzystnie z aluminium, stosowany jako wyposazenie drzwi, drzwiczek i szuflad meblowych. Nowa i oryginalna postac wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w jego ksztalcie. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal uwidoczniony na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym oraz na rysunku fig. 1 - 4, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia uchwyt meblowy dwupunktowy w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 2 - ten sam uchwyt w widoku z przodu, fig. 3 - ten sam uchwyt w widoku z boku, a fig. 4 - ten sam uchwyt w widoku od spodu. Uchwyt meblowy dwupunktowy pokazany na materiale ilustracyjnym oraz na rysunku fig. 1 - 4 ma ksztalt bryly o profilu zblizonym do ceownika, utworzonej z dwóch równolegle usytuowanych do siebie prostopadlosciennych stopek oraz ze zwienczajacej ich górne profilowe powierzchnie równiez profilowej czesci chwytowej. The new and original form of the industrial design is evident in its shape. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustrations and in figures 1-4, where figure 1 shows the two-point furniture handle in a perspective view, figure 2 shows the same handle in a front view, figure 3 shows the same handle in a side view, and figure 4 shows the same handle in a bottom view. The two-point furniture handle shown in the illustrations and in figures 1-4 has the shape of a solid with a profile similar to a U-shaped section, formed by two parallel, cuboid feet and a profiled gripping part topping their upper profile surfaces. Each of these feet has an opening in the shape of a cylinder section at one end, to the surface of which an internal profiled convex element of the gripping part is adjacent, with the same profile but with a slightly elongated radius, both ends of which are connected to the longer narrow side walls, topped with a front rectangular flat wall of this gripping part, wherein the rectangular outer side surfaces of both these feet with its radial openings and the adjacent ends of the profiled - convex surface of the gripping part are flush with each other, while both side narrow perpendicular walls of this gripping part protrude slightly beyond both narrower rectangular side walls of these feet, and moreover, all outer edges of both feet and of the gripping part connected to them have clearly cut edges. In addition, a threaded round hole is made in the axis of symmetry of the rear rectangular walls of both of these feet, and in its axis at both ends of the convex gripping part there is also a threaded round hole, into which a headless screw is screwed, connecting these feet with the handle, with a threaded hole in its face, used to attach this furniture handle by means of two separate screws with heads to the appropriate furniture element, for example a wardrobe door or a drawer front.
