Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest uchwyt meblowy, dwupunktowy wykonany ze stopu ty- pu „znal", stosowany jako wyposazenie drzwi, drzwiczek i szuflad elementów meblowych. Nowa i oryginalna postac wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w jego ksztalcie, zwlaszcza w ksztalcie jego obu stopek. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia uchwyt meblowy dwupunktowy w widoku z przodu, fig. 2 - ksztalt czesci chwytowej tego uchwytu w jej przekroju pionowym, fig. 3 - ten sam uchwyt w widoku z góry, a fig. 4 - ten sam uchwyt w widoku od spodu. The new and original form of the industrial design is reflected in its shape, especially in the shape of its two feet. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the two-point furniture handle in a front view, Fig. 2 - the shape of the gripping part of this handle in its vertical cross-section, Fig. 3 - the same handle in a top view, and Fig. 4 - the same handle in a bottom view. The two-point furniture handle, according to the industrial design, is a monolithic profiled body made of a gripping part, which in the front view has the shape of a ring section with a flat upper surface and a semicircular lower surface, both ends of which have offsets with a profile close to a semi-ellipse with threaded mounting holes, functioning as feet of the handle. Essential Features of the Industrial Design The two-point furniture handle, which is used for doors, drawers, and doors of furniture elements, shown in Figures 1-4, is characterized by the following: - it is a monolithic profiled solid made of a gripping part, which in a front view has the shape of a ring segment with a flat upper surface and a semicircular lower surface, both ends of which have offsets with a profile close to a semi-ellipse with threaded mounting holes, serving as feet of the handle.
