Uchwyt meblowy Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest uchwyt meblowy wykonany z metalu i/lub z tworzywa sztucznego, stosowany jako wyposazenie drzwi, szuflad, itp. elementów mebli. Nowa i oryginalna postac wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w jego ksztalcie i kolorystyce. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia uchwyt meblowy w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 2 - ten sam uchwyt w widoku z przodu, fig. 3 - ten sam uchwyt w widoku z góry, fig. 4 - ten sam uchwyt w widoku od spodu, a fig. 5 - ten sam uchwyt w przekroju pionowym wzdluz linii A-A na fig. 2. Uchwyt meblowy wedlug wzoru przemyslowego stanowi bryla majaca brazowy korpus w ksztalcie soczewki dwuwypuklej, którego górny koniec posiada obwodowy zewnetrzny kolnierz eliptyczny z wyjeciem eliptycznym na górnej jego powierzchni, w którym osadzona jest wkladka w kontrastujacym zóltym kolorze posiadajaca na swej powierzchni element ozdobny w postaci lodygi z kwiatem rózy i trzema listkami w kolorze brazowym, pomaranczowym i czarnym, przy czym wkladka ta posiada zaokraglona krawedz na calym jej eliptycznym obwodzie i wystaje nieco ponad powierzchnie otaczajacego go kolnierza. Dolna soczewkowa powierzchnia korpusu tego uchwytu posiada wyjecie profilowe, a w poblizu jego konców wykonane sa nagwintowane otwory montazowe otoczone ich czescia tulejkowa stanowiaca wraz z promieniowymi elementami ksztalt profilowego wyjecia.2 Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Uchwyt meblowy wykonany korzystnie z metalu i/lub z tworzywa sztucznego, pokazany na rysunku fig. 1-5 charakteryzuje sie tym, ze: - stanowi go bryla majaca korpus w ksztalcie soczewki dwuwypuklej w kolorze kontrastujacym z osadzona w nim wkladka, którego górny koniec posiada obwodowy zewnetrzny kolnierz eliptyczny z wyjeciem eliptycznym na górnej jego powierzchni, w którym osadzona jest wspomniana wkladka w kontrastujacym kolorze z jej korpusem, posiadajaca na swej powierzchni element ozdobny w postaci lodygi z kwiatem rózy i trzema listkami, przy czym wkladka ta posiada zaokraglona krawedz na calym jej eliptycznym obwodzie i wystaje nieco ponad powierzchnie otaczajacego go kolnierza. - dolna soczewkowa powierzchnia korpusu tego uchwytu posiada wyjecie profilowe, a w poblizu jego konców wykonane sa nagwintowane otwory montazowe otoczone ich czescia tulejkowa stanowiaca wraz z promieniowymi elementami ksztalt profilowego wyjecia. The subject of the industrial design is a furniture handle made of metal and/or plastic, used as a fitting for doors, drawers, etc. The new and original nature of the industrial design is evident in its shape and color scheme. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the furniture handle in a perspective view, Fig. 2 - the same handle in a front view, Fig. 3 - the same handle in a top view, Fig. 4 - the same handle in a bottom view, and Fig. 5 - the same handle in a vertical cross-section along the line A-A in Fig. 2. The furniture handle according to the industrial design is a solid having a brown body in the shape of a biconvex lens, the upper end of which has a peripheral external elliptical collar with an elliptical opening on its upper surface, in which an insert in a contrasting yellow color is mounted, having on its surface a decorative element in the form of a stem with a rose flower and three leaves in brown, orange and black, and this insert has a rounded edge along its entire elliptical circumference and protrudes slightly above the surface of the surrounding collar. The lower lens-shaped surface of the body of this handle has a profile opening, and near its ends there are threaded mounting holes surrounded by their sleeve part, which together with radial elements constitute the shape of the profile opening.2 Essential features of the industrial design The furniture handle, preferably made of metal and/or plastic, shown in Fig. 1-5, is characterized in that: - it is a solid having a body in the shape of a biconvex lens in a color contrasting with the insert embedded in it, the upper end of which has a peripheral external elliptical collar with an elliptical opening on its upper surface, in which the said insert is embedded in a color contrasting with its body, having on its surface a decorative element in the form of a stem with a rose flower and three leaves, wherein the insert has a rounded edge along its entire elliptical circumference and protrudes slightly above the surface of the collar surrounding it. - the lower lens surface of the body of this holder has a profiled opening, and near its ends there are threaded mounting holes surrounded by their sleeve part, which together with the radial elements constitute the shape of the profiled opening.
