Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest uchwyt meblowy, dwupunktowy wykonany z tworzyw sztucznych termoplastycznych, stosowany jako wyposazenie drzwi, drzwiczek i szuflad meblowych. Nowa i oryginalna postac wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w jego ksztalcie i ukladzie linii konturowych. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest widoczny na zalaczonym materiale ilustrujacym oraz na rysunkach fig. 1 - 4, na których fig. 1 przedstawia uchwyt meblowy dwupunktowy w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 2 - ten sam uchwyt w widoku z przodu, fig. 3 - ten sam uchwyt w widoku z góry, a fig. 4 - ten sam uchwyt w widoku od spodu. The new and original form of the industrial design is evident in its shape and arrangement of contour lines. The industrial design is visible in the attached illustrative material and in figures 1-4, where figure 1 shows the two-point furniture handle in a perspective view, figure 2 shows the same handle from the front, figure 3 shows the same handle from above, and figure 4 shows the same handle from below. The two-point furniture handle, as shown in the illustrative material and in figures 1-4, is a monolithic solid with a low truncated pyramid profile and an elongated rectangular base. It is composed of an outer body of the same profile, made of transparent plastic with distinctly rounded upper edges along its entire circumference, and a component of the same profile, but in a different color and contrasting with the transparent body, embedded in a cuboid socket in its lower surface and permanently connected to it by injection molding. The lower surfaces of this transparent body and the embedded cuboid element in a contrasting color, constituting the base of the furniture handle, are flush with each other, with two internally threaded mounting sleeves permanently embedded in this contrasting element near both ends. The use of two contrasting materials, one of which is transparent, allows for a clear visual identification of the shape and color of the element placed within the transparent body, thus enhancing the desired emotional impact for the user of furniture with these handles.
