Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest podlokietnik mebla tapicerowanego o fakturze drewna, skladajacy sie z plaskiej, sztywnej, wygietej plyty z zaglebieniem, sluzacy jako oparcie pod reke mebla tapicerowanego. Istota wzoru przejawia w ksztalcie i wygladzie podlokietnika. Przy brzegu podlokietnika umiejscowione sa dwa rowki w wypelnieniu których, znajduje sie tworzywo o metalicznym wygladzie. Ksztalt i zawartosc rowków z wypelnieniem daje podlokietnikowi oryginalny estetyczny wyglad. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na rysunkach na których fig. 1 stanowi rysunek drewnianego podlokietnika odmiana 1, fig. 2 odmiana druga - stanowi drewniany podlokietnik w kolorze brazu. The essence of the design lies in the shape and appearance of the armrest. Two grooves are located at the edge of the armrest, each filled with a metallic material. The shape and content of the grooves and the filling give the armrest a unique aesthetic appearance. The industrial design is illustrated in the drawings, where Fig. 1 is a drawing of a wooden armrest, variant 1, and Fig. 2, variant 2, is a wooden armrest in a brown color. Essential features of the industrial design: A flat wooden armrest, curved downwards, with grooves along its edges, filled with a metallic material. One end of the armrest curves downwards, the other straight. At the center of the curve is a round element with a shiny metallic appearance resembling a white gemstone.
